Priyanka Chopra, Kim Kardashian, other celebs attend Kering's Caring for Women dinner at NYFW

The biggest stars from showbiz arrived at the Kering Foundation's third Caring for Women dinner during New York Fashion Week! It was held at The Pool on Monday (September 9) in New York City.

Kim Kardashian, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Dakota Johnson, Kerry Washington, Jessica Chastain, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were among the celebs who marked their attendance.

Lindsay Lohan looked every bit stunning in a see-through off-shoulder lace dress while Priyanka donned an elegant straight black dress with lace panels. Dakota opted for a shimmery white gown from Gucci. Kim flaunted her hourglass figure in a white midi bodycon dress.

Francois-Henri Pinault, the CEO of fashion brand Kering and Salma Hayek's husband, shared a statement earlier this year to announce the dinner. It read, “For women and children to be free to fulfil their potential unencumbered by the burdens of fear, threat and trauma, it is paramount that we address violence at its roots to change behaviour and heal our collective culture.”

Celebs gathered for the dinner to fundraise for the end of gender-based violence. The gala, held each year during New York Fashion Week, highlights the best and brightest in fashion, art, activism, and philanthropy.

The gala benefits four organisations that are supporting survivors of violence: National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), Ms. Foundation for Women, Global Fund for Women and Jordan River Foundation (JRF).
