
Sabrina Carpenter had a narrow escape from what could have been a serious injury for her as she performed at the Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco. The 25-year-old singer averted injury as she escaped being hit by fireworks mid-performance as the pyrotechnics at the venue malfunctioned.
Sabrina averted the mishap by some minutes as a video from the stage has now gone viral. The video shows a horrific moment when Sabrina realises what is happening and she drops everything before rushing off the stage.
The "Please, Please, Please" singer could have been hurt seriously had the fireworks touched her during the show. The video shared on X shows Sabrina taking a quick glance at the exploding fireworks.
The same happened as the pyrotechnics malfunctioned. Sabrina and authorities have yet to address the mishap and how it happened.

Post the mishap, she gave a shout-out to Kacey Musgraves, with whom she performed a duet of Nancy Sinatra's hit song: "These Boots Are Made For Walkin". She wrote, “Headlined @outsidelands :o thank you to everyone who came."
