Kantara star Rishab Shetty visits Ram Mandir in Ayodhya; meets 'legendary' Mohanlal

Kantara star Rishab Shetty celebrated Ram Navami with his wife in Ayodhya. The actor also metMalayalam star Mohanlal later in the week. Sharing pictures from the Hindu temple, the Kannada actor wrote, "May the grace of Lord Rama be with you always. Happy Rama Navami to you and your family."

Hours later, Rishab shared pictures with Mohanlal and penned a heartwarming note, which read, "An honor and a pleasure to meet the legendary @mohanlal sir!" Check it out below!

Reacting to Rishab's fanboy moment, a fan commented, "Two passionate actors in one frame." Another wrote, "Hope in future you both collaborate for a movie." A third comment read, "Thanks Rishabh (heart emoji) We look forward seeing him performing under your direction too ... love from Keralam".

On the movie front, Rishab is currently working on Kantara: Chapter 1, which is an upcoming Kannada-language period action thriller film set during the reign of Kadambas of Banavasi. The film is being produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films and serves as a prequel to the 2022 film Kantara.

On the other hand, Mohanlal is currently working with Prithviraj Sukumaran for his directorial, L2: Empuraan, which is the sequel to his 2019 hit film Lucifer. The actor will also be seen playing a cameo role in Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa.
