Alia Bhatt is all set to captivate the audiencewith her performance in Jigra. The actress is gearing up for the release of her next movie and she's keeping her fans on the edge of their seats with every new announcement about the forthcoming movie.
On Friday (Sept 6), Bhatt dropped a gripping new poster from upcoming movie that will surely heighten the anticipation a notch higher. The poster features Alia in a fierce avatar with serious expressions on her face.
Sharing the poster, the actress wrote, "Dum hai...Satya mein dum hai!"👊🏼. She also announced that the movie's teaserwill drop on September 8.

The Gangubai actress has been sharing intense posters from her upcoming movie recently, hinting the audience of the compelling and fierce story.
Directed by Vasan Bala, the movie also features The Archies actor Vedang Raina. He will be playing Bhatt's brother in the movie.
Earlier, the makers unveiled two posters from the movie, hinting that Alia is on a spree to save her brother. One poster showed Alia standing in the backdrop of a fire with an intense look and carrying a hammer and other tools in her hand. The caption of the poster reads, ''Kahaani bahut lambi hai aur bhai ke paas waqt bahut bahut kam.''

Announced in September 2023, the movie is the story of a sister, who can go to any extent for her brother. Talking about the movie, Jigra is thestory of ‘courage, passion and determination’.
She said, “Just a little over a year later, we are ready to launch our second production – Jigra, a beautiful story of courage, passion and determination. I hope to consistently support compelling narratives that are authentic, and enduringly timeless and work with brilliant creative minds to bring them alive.”
The movie will hit the theatres on October 11.
