Diljit Dosanjh has expressed regret for those who were affected by the fake ticket scam during his Delhi concert. Dosanjh is touring India with his Dil-Luminati Tour, and his first stop was in Delhi just days before Diwali. The Punjabi singer performed to a packed stadium in Delhi for two days and left the audience swooning over his wit, charm, and foot-tapping songs. However, some could not attend the concert owing to fake tickets that were sold to them.
On Saturday, while performing in Jaipur, Diljit expressed regret to those affected and stated that neither he nor his team were responsible for the ticketing fiasco.
Taking the stage at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), Diljit took the opportunity to address the issue and spoke directly to the audience. "If anyone has been affected by a ticket scam, I apologise," he said sincerely, before making it clear, "We are not responsible for this. Authorities are looking into the matter."
Jaipur was the third stop in the India leg of his tour, after back-to-back shows in Delhi that were marred by reports of ticket fraud.
Diljit even urged fans to be more cautious and buy tickets only from authorised sellers and ticketing platforms.

The singer also added that his team was unaware of the issue earlier. “Our tickets sold out so fast, even we didn’t get to know,” he said.
The fake ticket scam at Diljit Dosanjh concert
Diljit performed two days at the packed Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi last week. Several fans complained that they were scammed with fake tickets of the concert and did not get an entry inside the venue despite paying a hefty amount.

"It was a total waste to come here," said one disappointed fan, who was turned away by the security. Another added, "I came here without a ticket and met someone who sold me a fake one. They charged me a lot of money for it."
The tour organisers had warned fans not to buy tickets from anywhere but the authorised seller, ZomatoLive. Similar warnings were given to concertgoers by the Jaipur Police ahead of the Jaipur concerts.
