Days after Google marked its entry into the smartphone market with the launch of Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, the company is now experiencing problems with its new handset.
Reports have indicated "burn in" on the display of the new Google handset, Pixel 2 XL.
The defect creates "ghost icons" burned on the screen and occurs when the display is used for a very long time.

It also gives a "muddy" discolouration on the screen.
The issue was first reported by Alex Dobie, editor of Android Central. He tweeted a picture of a burn-in on the display which he claimed had emerged after seven days of full-time use.
