Mother says family continued to eat meal after boy urinated on it
As the post started to garner attention on social media platforms, a lot of netizens expressed disbelief and concern as one online user asked, “So, did you guys end up eating that food?”
To everyone's shock, the mother replied, “Yes, we did eat it.” She added that the grandparents of the baby did not mind it and continued eating along with other family members.
The mother added that the boy did not wear disposable nappies at home very often since they are not the best for urination.
“During the day, we rarely put disposable diapers on him, usually just using a cloth or letting him go bare. We do not cover it because it is better not to interrupt the child while he is urinating,” said the woman.
She even appreciated her timely photo-taking skills and said, "Mum’s snapshot skills are quite good.”

In China's culture, it is believed that young boys' urine has various “mysterious powers” which boost yang energy, reduce fever, and also have spiritual benefits like warding off evil spirits.
However, in this incident, the netizens were not really convinced by the explanations of the mother.
“Is this real? You continued to eat food soaked with urine?,” asked one netizen.
“Wouldn’t the whole house smell like urine? This family has really opened my eyes,” said another.
“As a mother myself, I find this hard to believe,” wrote a third user.
