Laura Loomer: Who is conspiracy theorist seen with Trump on multiple occasions

US Presidential candidate Donald Trump has been seen with a certain Ms Laura Loomer in the past few days. She was in the audience when Trump debated with Democratic nominee Kamala Harris and also at an event commemorating the 9/11 attacks.

Several Republicans are sweating to see Trump with Laura Loomer. This is because she has had her fair share of controversies. The former congressional candidate is known for her anti-Muslim rhetoric. She is a hard-right conspiracy theorist who claimed that the 9/11 attacks were an "inside job" carried out by the US government.

In the past few weeks, Loomer had entered Trump's inner circle and is often seen with him. She even flew with him on his airplane to Philadelphia for the presidential debate. He was also once seen calling out to her during a press conference. Loomer was also with him at his Bedminster club. She has been openly talking about and praising Trump for months now.

At the debate, Trump talked on stage about Haitian migrants eating pets in a city in Ohio. "They are eating the pets of the people that live there," he said. While Kamala Harris laughed off the comment, the moderators jumped in to clarify that they had reached out to officials in Springfield and no proof of such activities has ever been found.

Loomer's "curry" comment on Harris

Many believe that Trump dared to bring up the matter on stage because of Loomer. Just a day before the debate, Loomer stressed the claims to her 1.2 million followers on X.

She regularly posts in support of Trump on her X handle. Recently, she even attacked Kamala Harris.

Loomer made fun of Harris's Indian roots and wrote, "If Kamala Harris wins, the White House will smell like curry & White House speeches will be facilitated via a call center and the American people will only be able to convey their feedback through a customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call that nobody will understand."

Notably, Loomer was once kicked off Twitter, now X, for her views and hate posts. After Elon Musk took over, she made a comeback. Musk is also going all out to support Trump in the race for the White House.

Republicans are not happy to see Loomer with Trump

Several Republicans are clearly not happy with Loomer's proximity to Trump. One of his supporters said, “Everyone who works for him thinks she’s a liability."

Even GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said that Loomer's “rhetoric and hateful tone” is concerning and a problem and “doesn’t represent MAGA as a whole.” Greene, who is well-known for her inflammatory statements, called on Loomer to take down the post on Harris. Calling the post “extremely racist,” she wrote in a response, “This does not represent President Trump.”

When Trump was asked about Loomer at a news conference in California on September 13, he simply called her "a supporter" and that he was unaware of her comments about Harris, or about 9/11.

“I don’t control Laura. Laura has to say what she wants. She’s a free spirit, she has strong opinions," he added.

She has refused to talk to reporters, saying she is "very busy" with her work and doesn't "have time to entertain your conspiracy theories."

Loomer says she works"independently" to help Trump.

Loomer was born in Arizona in 1993 and is a self-styled investigative journalist.. She is known for conducting ambush interviews and has worked as an activist and commentator for Project Veritas and Alex Jones's Infowars.
