'Glee' star Naya Rivera has been arrested on charges of domestic battery for assaulting her husband after an alleged altercation with him on Saturday night
"Glee" star Naya Rivera has been arrested and charged with domestic battery for assaulting her husband after an alleged altercation on Saturday night.
Rivera's husband Ryan Dorsey gave deputies cell phone video that allegedly shows him being hit by Naya.
According to reports, she was later released on $1000 of Personal recognizance bond. Her father-in-law picked her up from the courthouse.
The alleged incident took place while Rivera was at Dorsey's hometown for Thanksgiving inKanawha County, West Virginia.
In September 2016 the couple filed for divorce but later in October 2017, they filed a request for dismissal of divorce.
Rivera said they trying to make their marriage work because of their son.

Rivera and Dorsey first dated in 2010 but later they separate their ways while she starred in "Glee". Thecouple,however, got back together and were married in July 2014.
