After Germany, virus-hit Spain to reopen land border

After Germany announced it will be reopening its land border as coronavirus cases abate, Spain which was one of the hardest hit due to the virus said it would also be reopening its land border with France and Portugal.

"In the case of France and Portugal, I want to confirm that from June 22, the restrictions on mobility will be lifted," tourism minister Reyes Maroto said while adding that the 14-day quarantine requirement will also be dropped.
