No country like us anywhere in the world. US imports no oil.” He urged countries dependent on the Strait of Hormuz to step up, saying, “Countries take oil from Hormuz. Those countries should take lead.” Trump also claimed, “We produce more oil and gas than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined.”
When will Strait of Hormuz reopen?
On the Strait of Hormuz, Trump said it would reopen on its own after the conflict, adding, “We will be taking the lead but countries that can’t pass should take the lead. Buy from US.
