North Korea has unveiled a new 600mm multiple rocket launcher system that state media claims can carry tactical nuclear warheads and place all of South Korea within range. The display comes after recent hypersonic and ballistic missile tests, the unveiling of the Hwasong-20 ICBM, and images of a nuclear-powered submarine.
