PM Modi on the occasion of India's 74 Independence Day is addressing the nation from the Red Fort. PM launched the "National Digital Health Scheme" and explained that every Indian would get an ID card that would contain all relevant information about a person's medical conditions. This card would also be used to access health services and medicines.
