<p>Qiu was dubbed the “most handsome Shaolin monk” by his fans for his athletic and clean-cut looks. His powerful kung-fu moves were admired by his followers.</p>

<p>“I am just an ordinary monk in the Shaolin Monks Group. The attention I’ve received is due to the unique charm of Shaolin kung fu,” he once said.</p>

<p>Qiu became an international ambassador of Shaolin kung fu after it was recognised as China's national intangible cultural heritage in the year 2006.</p>

<p>He also gained international recognition by performing his martial arts skills at Angkor Wat, Cambodia in April, and at the Sydney Opera House in August along with the Chinese Buddhist Chanting Music Ensemble.</p>

<p>In his last post shared on Xiaohongshu just before the accident, he was seen practising his art in Australia.</p>

<p>Qiu&nbsp;was killed on China's traditional start of the “autumn day".</p>

<p>The team carried out an ultraprecise analysis of ice from a Swiss glacier. At a Harvard workshop, the team reported that a cataclysmic volcanic eruption in Iceland kickstarted the fog. It spewed ash across the Northern Hemisphere early in 536.</p>

<p>The years 540 and 547 also saw two massive volcanic eruptions. Then the bubonic plague struck the Roman port of Pelusium, in Egypt in 541. It spread rapidly and wiped out one-third to one-half of the population of the Eastern Roman Empire, resulting in the downfall of the empire.&nbsp;</p>

The last person to achieve such a feat was Randy Gardner and his pal Bruce McAllister because they had to figure out what happens to the human brain if we don’t sleep.</p>

<p>The duo was doing so for&nbsp;a science fair project, and while performing this, Gardner&nbsp;happened to&nbsp;make the world record. After this, he slept for fourteen hours before waking up naturally.</p>

<p>Gardener told NPR, "I slept just over 14 hours. I remember when I woke up, I was groggy, but not any groggier than a normal person." He also admitted that because of this he had to suffer from unbearable insomnia for decades. "I was awful to be around. Everything upset me. It was like a continuation of what I did 50 years ago," he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The teen&nbsp;managed to stay up for 264 hours before being taken to the Naval hospital.&nbsp;</p>
