Baba Vanga, the so-called Nostradamus of the Balkans well known for her predictions about the Ukraine war and 9/11, had also reportedly predicted that Donald Trump's life would be in danger. Also known as Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova, the blind mystic healer died in 1996. Her prediction about Trump resurfaced on social media after the ex-president was attacked by a 20-year-old shooter during an election rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, but survived miraculously with the bullet hitting his right ear.

The attacker, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was shot dead by the Secret Service at the scene.

Baba Vanga's prediction

Before passing away in 1996, Baba Vanga made several predictions in advance, including the war in Ukraine. Baba Vanga had also predicted that the lives of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump would be in great danger, and that Trump would face a mysterious illness that would make him deaf, and he would later suffer from a brain tumour.

Trump obviously isn’t experiencing that situation but the attempt on his life just gave Vanga's prediction some sort of legitimacy.

Scepticism over Baba Vanga's prediction

While it's true that some of Baba Vanga's predictions have come true. For instance, her prophecies over the 9/11 attacks and the Kursk submarine disaster are referred to as evidence of her powers. However, other predictions, such as the end of Europe by 2016 and a nuclear war between 2010 and 2014, didn't come true.

3005: Earth will go to war with a civilization on Mars.

3797: Humans will have to vacate the Earth because it’s become uninhabitable.

5079: The world will end.
