Julia Roberts is not Roberts. The secret was even big news for the 'Ticker to Paradise actress herself. The Oscar winner recently appeared on Henry Louis Gates, Jr.'s show 'Finding Your Roots,' where she learned the shocking family secret.

In the recent episode, Jr. said that she has been using the wrong surname all her life. As he went on to explain her family tree, Gates revealed that her correct surname is Mitchell, not Roberts.

In the show, Gates told the Oscar-winning star that the man, Willis Roberts, whom she thought was her great-great-grandfather, actually died more than a decade before her great-grandfather John was even born.

In the 1850s, Rhoda got married to Willis R. Roberts, who passed away in 1964, "over a decade before" she gave birth to Julia's great-grandfather, John Pendleton Roberts, in 1878.

Shockingly reacting to this, Julia said, "Oh, wait—bbut am I not a Roberts?"

Later, Gates went on to explain that after he did some research and found "a cluster of matches" that connected the 55-year-old actress to a man named Henry McDonald Mitchell Jr.

So, basically, his biological great-great-grandfather was Mitchell, not Roberts.

"So we're Mitchell's?" amused Roberts.

"You're Julia Mitchell," Gates Jr. told the actress before adding, "You are not a Roberts, biologically."

Further, the historian revealed that Mitchell was married and had six children at the time of his affair with Roberts' great-great-grandmother Rhoda and lived a few houses away from her great-great grandmother's home.

'Super exciting' find: Researchers discover four species of dinosaurs, including a potentially new one

Dinosaurs inhabited this planet millions of years ago and in the last 200 or so years, humanity has found much evidence of the mighty beasts. You would think that given that the very first evidence of dinosaurs was found in the early 1600s, we would know almost everything there is to know about them.

However, that's far from the truth: we are still finding surprising and fascinating discoveries that add to our knowledge. For example, a scientist recently spotted an extremely rare find that tells us more about what these beasts ate; this time it's a mammal on the menu.

In the first such find of the 21st century Hans Larsson, a professor of biology at McGill University’s Redpath Museum in Montreal while visiting a museum collection in China, spotted a mammal's foot preserved inside the fossilised guts of a Microraptor zhaoianus.

This is only the 21st known example of a fossilised dinosaur and its last meal. The fossil was discovered in the early 2000s in Liaoning in northeastern China.

The Microraptor zhaoianus was a small, up to three metres long feathered therapod, i.e. a small dinosaur that walked on two legs.

What makes the discovery so amazing is that previous fossilised specimens of the species showed proof of them consuming fish, birds and lizards. However, "this new find adds a small mammal to their diet, suggesting these dinosaurs were opportunistic and not picky eaters,” says Larrson.

The research that has been published in the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology talks of generalist predators like foxes and crows as the stabilisers of today's ecosystems. It adds that the recently uncovered evidence may prove that Microraptor zhaoianus and other dinosaurs from the therapod family, which included the famed Tyrannosaurus rex, may have served a similar function back when the mighty beasts roamed the planet.

Prince Harry and his memoir 'Spare' are currently the hottest topics on the internet right now. Among other shocking details, the Duke revealed the incident that prompted him to seek therapy. In his book, Harry recalled the heated conversation with his wife Meghan after he "snapped" at her.

Addressing the matter, the 38-year-old Duke of Sussex wrote via US Weekly: "Maybe the wine went to my head. Maybe the weeks of battling the press had worn me down. "For some reason, when the conversation took an unexpected turn, I became touchy,"

Harry shares that Meghan did something that he "took the wrong way" due to a cultural difference and a language barrier.

"I was also just overly sensitive that night. I thought, Why’s she having a go at me? I snapped at her and spoke to her harshly and cruelly," Harry wrote before adding, "As the words left my mouth, I could feel everything in the room come to a stop. The gravy stopped bubbling, and the molecules of air stopped orbiting. Even Nina Simone seemed to pause."

After a gap of 15 minutes, the couple, who share son Archie and daughter Lilibet, finally talked about the heated exchange in their bedroom.

"She was calm, but said in a quiet, level tone that, 'she would never stand for being spoken to like that'. 'I nodded'. She wanted to know where it came from," Harry wrote.

In the book, he also revealed that Meghan said she would never tolerate anything like this ever again in the future.

"Where did you ever hear a man speak like that to a woman?" Did you overhear adults speaking that way when you were growing up? Meghan asked Harry, who replied, "Yes."

"She wasn’t going to raise children in an atmosphere of anger or disrespect. She laid it all out, super-clear," wrote Harry.

Furthermore, Harry stated that his anger definitely came from deep inside and after this incident, he finally went for therapy.

"It came from somewhere deep inside, somewhere that needed to be excavated, and it was obvious that I could use some help with the job," Harry explained before revealing that William also asked him to go to therapy.
In his book, Harry has revealed many dark secrets about his royal life, from his fight with his brother Prince William and other royal family members to drugs and much more. Check out more big revelations from Prince Harry’s memoir "Spare" here.

The gravy stopped bubbling, and the molecules of air stopped orbiting. Even Nina Simone seemed to pause." After a gap of 15 minutes, the couple, who share son Archie and daughter Lilibet, finally talked about the heated exchange in their bedroom. Meghan asked Harry, who replied, "Yes." "She wasn’t going to raise children in an atmosphere of anger or disrespect.
