Trouble in paradise for Britney Spears and Sam Asghari? Not at all! Recently, there have been quite a few rumours that things are not well in Sam and Britney's marriage. Especially after noticing that the wedding bands were missing from Asghari and Spears' hands.

However, now quashing all the reports, Sam's representative has said in a statement that everything is perfect between the couple.

Asghari's rep, Brandon Cohen has told Entertainment Tonight, that everything is all right between the couple. He
also revealed that Asghari took off his rings because of the film, in which he's currently working.

Cohen has told ET: "Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie."

Meanwhile, Britney, who is currently on vacation with her longtime friend and manager, Cade Hudson, has not reacted to the speculation yet.

Before proposing to Britney in September 2021, Sam opened up about the beginning of his relationship with Spears and admitted he was ready to take the next step in their relationship.

"My priorities in life are to remain humble and understand where I came from and where I`m going," he told in a March 2021 interview.

"I want to take my career to the next step when it comes to acting. I want to take my relationship to the next step, as well. I don`t mind becoming a father. I want to be a young dad.
He also revealed that Asghari took off his rings because of the film, in which he's currently working. Cohen has told ET: "Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie." Meanwhile, Britney, who is currently on vacation with her longtime friend and manager, Cade Hudson, has not reacted to the speculation yet. "After the release of the unauthorized documentary `Framing Britney Spears`, Ashghari told, "I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her in following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves," he shared.
The safety coordinator on the Alec Baldwin film Rust was convicted Friday of unsafe handling of a firearm and sentenced to six months probation for his part in the fatal on-set shooting of its cinematographer.

The verdict was the result of a plea deal and means Dave Halls, who was also assistant director of the low-budget Western, becomes the first conviction over the accident, for which Baldwin faces manslaughter charges.

Halls handed Baldwin the loaded gun in October 2021 which ultimately discharged, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding the film's director, Joel Souza.

Under the plea agreement, 63-year-old Halls will serve no jail time but must complete six months of unsupervised probation.

Halls had told Baldwin the gun was "cold" -- industry speaks for safe.

According to court filings, the film's armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed loaded the gun and handed it to Halls, who then checked the firearm to ensure that the bullets were "dummy" rounds -- meaning they held no gunpowder.

Prosecutor Kari Morrissey, during the hearing Friday, described Halls as the "last line of defense" on the set, saying he failed to "check every round that was in the gun to confirm that it was a dummy round."

Both Baldwin -- a co-producer and the lead actor -- and Gutierrez-Reed, who was responsible for the weapons on set, face two alternative counts of voluntary manslaughter.

If found guilty, they face up to 18 months in jail and a $5,000 fine.

Baldwin, 64, has repeatedly said he was told by the crew that the gun was not loaded.

In accepting the deal on Friday, Halls agreed to testify in any future proceedings related to the matter.

A weeks-long preliminary hearing is set to begin in early May for Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed.

The accident sent shockwaves through Hollywood and led to calls for a total ban of real guns on set.

Citadel, Jubilee and more: April guide for binge-watch

Summer is knocking at the door and who doesn`t like to splash some water in the heat? While not everyone has the time or luxury to spend time in the pool some creative and fun activities can be arranged in the backyard of your home, especially to keep children engaged.

Here are some fun ideas.

Make a Water Blob:

If you don`t have a pool in your backyard or neighbourhood, you can try to make your water blob! With just a roll of heavy-duty plastic sheeting, duct tape, and a hose, you can create a water-filled, giant pillow that`ll keep kids busy all day.

Foam Water Table:

Try a colourful foam water table for a soapy twist on traditional summer fun. Add dish soap to your kids` water table, and agitate to make tons of bubbles. Try dropping in some food colouring and have the kids mix up a rainbow of colours. It`s an innovative way to breathe life into an old toy.

Ice Excavation:

Are you on the hunt for water activities for kids who love to explore? Add small plastic toys to a water-filled bowl, then freeze it. Turn the bowl upside down and release the block of ice for a fun excavation activity for little ones. Ice Cube PaintingSome water activities for kids require just a bit of planning, but they`re worth it. For this one, freeze non-toxic washable paint and water into ice cubes the night before. Then let your kids design with them as they melt under the summer sun.

Water Balloon Pinatas:

For a summertime spin on a party classic, try filling water balloons and hanging them like pinatas. Your kids can take turns batting them down one at a time or all at once for a splashing good time. Filling the bucketsIf you`re searching for a super homely water activity, here`s one you can pull together with just a few plastic buckets and sponges.

There are many different ways to play this game, but essentially, split everyone into two teams and nominate one person from each group to hold a bucket on their head. Then let their teammates race to be the fastest to fill the bucket. How they fill it is up to them--they can race with wet sponges, carry cups of water on their own heads, or do anything they can dream up.

Don`t share these plans with your kids. Surprise them with your creativity.

After years of hard work, Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra was released last year and took the internet by storm. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's starrer was one of the biggest commercial successes in Bollywood in recent times. This was the first part of the trilogy, and it took around 7 years to complete the film. However, now Ayan has given a major update about the second and third parts of the film.

Speaking to an Indian news channel News 18, Ayan revealed that he's shooting the second and third parts of the film simultaneously.

"We will make Brahmastra 2 and 3 together. The truth is we are going to take a little bit of time to write it. I know there’s a lot of anticipation," he shared.

Further talking he added, "People want the (second part of the film) film to come out. But first, we have to write it without compromising it. I think it will be about three years from now before we see Brahmastra 2 on the big screen."
The second part has been titled Brahmastra: Part Two – Dev and is expected to start rolling by 2023 and is set to release in 2026. Part two will tell the story of Shiva's parents Dev and Amrita. As it was revealed, Deepika Padukone is playing the role of Amrita, the character of Shiva's father Dev is yet to be cast.

Addressing the criticism that Brahmastra received, Ayan said, “We did get some mixed reactions. We still did really good numbers. A lot of people accepted our film. It also did well when it came out on streaming,” he said, adding, “But I still hear that criticism very clearly.”

“The thing is, I accept and agree with some of it. Some of that criticism came down to some aspects related to the writing and story of Brahmastra. I want to understand these things and make part two better,” he added further.

Legendary spy James Bond faces a race against time to save King Charles III's upcoming coronation in a new story to be released ahead of the May 6 ceremony, it was revealed on Friday.

Author, actor and comedian Charlie Higson has been commissioned to write the book, in which Bond has to thwart plans to disrupt the coronation ceremony, according to Ian Fleming Publications.

Higson, 64, has already written five books in the Young Bond series, which follows the future secret agent during his school days.

"On His Majesty's Secret Service" is due for publication on May 4, and comes 60 years after the publication of Bond creator Ian Fleming's tenth novel, "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".

Legendary spy James Bond faces a race against time to save King Charles III's upcoming coronation in a new story to be released ahead of the May 6 ceremony, it was revealed on Friday.

"When Ian Fleming Publications came to me with the idea of writing an adult Bond story a little more than a month ago I was thrilled -- until I realised it had to be ready for the coronation in May," said Higson. "Getting it written and turned around in such a short space of time was going to be as tense and heart-pounding as any Bond mission. Although, of course, nobody would actually be shooting at me." "Fleming famously wrote fast, and I channelled that energy. And now it's so exciting for me to finally enter the world of grown-up Bond." Higson promised fans the usual cocktail of "sex, violence, cars, a colourful villain with a nasty henchman, and of course, Bond himself." Royalties from the book will go towards supporting the National Literacy Trust, which provides disadvantaged children with literacy skills. "The coronation of King Charles III is a momentous occasion for the country," said Corinne Turner, managing director of Ian Fleming Publications.
Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler are two stars who manage to stand out in every film every frame, irrespective of how the film is. You will like them for their wit, charm, and the energy they bring to every film. Aniston and Adam collaborated for the first time in 2011 on the rom-com Just Go With It, which tanked at the box office. After a long gap, in 2019, the pair again came together for the Netflix film Murder Mystery - the film which was panned by the critics but won the hearts of the audience.

The film became one of Netflix's most popular films and audiences loved Aniston and Sandler's pairing, however, it was criticised for its lazy writing, direction, plot, and other things, nevertheless, it was a hit. Now that Aniston and Sandler are back with the much-anticipated second part of their whodunnit drama, the expectations are high, but will it meet the audience's expectations, as the first did? Or it's just merely another addition? Let's find out.

What's the story?

After solving a murder mystery in Europe, Nick (Adam Sandler) and his wife Audrey (Jennifer Aniston) have left their full-time jobs as a cop and a hairdresser and become full-time detectives. However, their new life as detectives has not made them millionaires and they are now financially struggling. While the couple is doing everything possible to make ends meet, they get a call from an old friend (from the first film) The Maharaja, aka Vik, (played by Adeel Akhtar). Vik is getting married and invites the couple to his luxurious island wedding.

The couple arrives for the big fat Indian wedding where everything is just a dream for them—there is a helicopter, elephants, a king-size suite with a picture-perfect location, an iPhone as a gift, and whatnot. However, everything turns awry when Vik gets kidnapped before his sangeet ceremony. This a moment for Nick and Audrey to shine as they take up the case and try to uncover the truth behind Vik's disappearance. How Spitz solve the mystery and bring Vik back from the clutches of kidnappers makes the rest of the story.

Everyone is a suspect for them at the wedding- Claudette (Enrique Arce) Vik's fiance, Saira (Kuhoo Verma), Vikram’s sister, Nick’s ex-Countess Sekou (Jodie Turner-Smith) and her friend Imani (Zurin Villaneuva).

Story - the weakest point

In comparison to the previous film, which somehow kept the audience glued to the screen with twists and turns, this one fails to keep you hooked. Going by the title, the film has neither murder nor mystery.

Written by James Vanderbilt, the one-and-a-half hour-long drama is full of unnecessary cliches. The main plot of the film seems predictable and jaded. The movie is lazily written and exaggerated with a twist that seems silly.

Directed by Jeremy Garelick, the film though starts off on a promising note and gives a sense that something intriguing is undoubtedly on the way but what you get ultimately is a major letdown. When compared to the first part, this one feels farfetched.

The action in the film, especially the climax sequence, is over-the-top. The writers have tried to salvage the plot with humour, but that falls flat.

How's the cast?

Adam and Jennifer are the only good things about this film. The star couple, who has worked together in the past are known to be good friends off-screen and that translates well on screen. Their witty conversations are endearing and authentic.

The Indian wedding setup, Bollywood high-beat songs, Jennifer in Manish Malhotra's lehenga—everything looks good, but what addition does it bring to the movie? Well, nothing!

At one point, the film and the plot are difficult to digest, whether it's the climax sequence in the Eiffel Tower, dialogues, or fights. As you reach the end, you feel that every scene is loaded with extra drama.

Murder Mystery 2 ultimately seems loud, the writing is juvenile, and it takes away all the fun that Jennifer and Adam were even trying to bring to a drab script. The fun part of this film vanishes very early, and all you are left with is a chaotic plot that lacks the thrills. Watch it only if you are doing nothing this weekend. Murder Mystery 2 is streaming on Netflix.

Murder Mystery 2 review: Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler starrer is a big disappointment

Former US president Donald Trump was on Thursday criminally charged in a hush-money case involving porn star Stormy Daniels, after several days of suspense and anticipation. Via Durga’s character, the movie conveys an important message and ends with a realization that a housewife is a superwoman in the truest of senses and is never ‘just’ a housewife as she efficiently multi-tasks her various responsibilities while fighting off the patriarchal norms that are deeply rooted in Indian society.

Talking about her role, Radhika Apte said, “For me Mrs Undercover is special for many reasons. Not only spy comedy is an unexplored genre in India, but in my very first narration of this film I fell for my character of Durga. Durga is funny, kind, sincere, she is also clumsy and unsure of herself, and this film is her journey of discovering her own strength. Every household has a Durga- a woman who quietly goes about her work and doesn’t get her due because she is considered ‘just’ a housewife. However, this film fights that mentality which prevails in our patriarchal society, and it’s done beautifully under the guise of humour”.

Sumeet Vyas said, "The way the storyline of Mrs Undercover is crafted and shaped is unprecedented in Indian cinema – a unique spy comedy which is written and directed by a female and fronted by Radhika Apte. The film showcases the strength, courage, and resilience of a housewife who is always undermined. Mrs Undercover is a complete package that packs a punch with all the elements that make for a great story. Amidst the clutter of genres and stories, I am glad that the team thought of this empowering narrative and offered me this grey character which was fun and exciting to play.
WION's review of Ponniyin Selvan 1 -

WION's review reads: "The movie largely benefits from having source material which is considered to be one of the milestones in Tamil literature. While no protagonist gets massive screen time alone, it is the overall story which keeps the audience engaged. Comparisons with a movie like Bahubali is natural in this case but the loud bravado is mostly missing and is replaced with the study of human ambition."

Karthi plays the role of Aditha’s trusted lieutenant Vandiyathevan and it is through the eyes of this character that the audience is introduced to the world of 'Ponniyin Selvan'. The actor brings a certain mischief and playfulness to the character which instantly makes him a favourite among the audience. Vikram brings out an emotional side in the hot-tempered Aditha while Jayam Ravi takes some time but ultimately settles down well as the regal and much-loved Arunmozhi. Read full review here:

Nine days have passed since Republican politician Donald Trump rallied his followers over his impending indictment. The former US president faces possible arrest over a hush-money payment he made to porn star Stormy Daniels. However, as AFP puts it, nine days later, "the world still awaits what would be one of the most famous police mugshots in history." On March 18, Trump grabbed headlines with his announcement that he was three days away from being brought before a New York judge. However, it seems like Trump was merely echoing false information or playing a guessing game.

Soon after Anshula shared the picture, her friends from the industry, sisters Janhvi and Khushi and other family members commented on the post.

Janhvi simply dropped the red heart emoji. Meanwhile, Rhea Kapoor called them, "Cuties."

Anshula also dropped a series of photos and videos on her Instagram stories as well. Sharing a selfie of her, Anshula wrote, “Last day in paradise.”

For the unversed, Anshula and Arjun are children of Boney Kapoor and his first wife, Mona Shourie Kapoor who passed away in 2012.

Anshula, who is an ardent social media user, recently walked the ramp and her brother Arjun Kapoor was there in the audience to cheer her up.

Sharing a video of Anshula walking on the ramp, emotional Arjun wrote, ''Hope u r watching her today and smiling mom…Missed having u there to see what ur daughter has grown up to become…
Proud of u ansh… u inspire me to never give up ❤️🤗.''

More jokes and less reliance on computer effects -- the makers of Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves wanted their blockbuster to be a throwback to the classic family films of the 1980s.

Hollywood star Nicolas Cage is open to returning as Dracula for a `Renfield` sequel.

The 59-year-old actor relished putting his own spin on Bram Stoker`s iconic vampire creation for the new movie while the movie has also given him a chance to work with Nicholas Hoult again after first teaming up on The Weather Man, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"If there`s room for it. I mean, I`m happy with the time that I had to play Dracula for Universal in this film, and I`m very happy I got to support Nic. I`ve been wanting to work with him for a while again. You know, I enjoyed our time on The Weather Man. I think it plays beautifully. I think what he brought to this character is totally brand new, and I`m very happy to be a part of that," he told Collider when asked if he`d return for a follow-up.

However, Cage described the opportunity to take on such a legendary role as a once-in-a-lifetime offer. He made the point while noting he "wasn`t intimidated" by working on what director Chris McKay referred to as a direct sequel to 1931`s Dracula.

He said, "Well, I think that whenever - Whenever?` I mean, that sounds ridiculous. When do you get a phone call from Universal saying, `We want you to play Dracula?` That`s never gonna happen again. It`s like every, maybe, 100 years? I wasn`t intimidated by it because my Dracula`s - you know, I`m sure Bela Lugosi`s great in the role and he launched a billion viewers, but he wasn`t my Dracula."
