Huma Qureshi comes from a family of foodies. Her father started his first restaurant Saleem's in 1977 and now there are various branches of Saleem's across Delhi. Though the brand is known for its meat, vegetarians too have a reason to visit Saleem's now. Inspired by Huma's upcoming film where she plays the role of popular chef, Tarla Dalal, Huma's father has introduced a new dish, Batata Musallam at Saleem's.

Tarla was known for reimagining popular nonveg dishes as veg dishes because she was a vegetarian and she didn’t want other vegetarians to feel like they are missing out on anything. For example, she introduced Batata Musallam inspired by Murgh Musallam where the gravy was the same, however, she replaced Murgh with Batata (Potato).

And taking inspiration from this is none-other-than Huma Qureshi's father who has newly introduced Batata Musallam on the menu inspired by the late Tarla Dalal. The creation is a tribute to Tarla’s diverse culinary tapestry!

So when Huma was in Delhi recently to promote her upcoming film, Tarla, she landed up at her father's restaurant with her co-star Sharib Hashmi to try her dad's version of Batata Musallam.

Huma Qureshi said, "The journey of Tarla Dalal and Saleem's started back in the 70s. Today, 50 years later, looking at these two worlds come together makes my heart swell with pride. After watching the trailer, my dad decided to take inspiration from Tarla Ji and introduce her popular dish Batata Musallam at Saleem's. The power of food and how it brings communities together is one of the most beautiful things about India".

Tarla is a slice-of-life film on India’s most iconic home chef Tarla Dalal, the first Indian woman to have her cookbook, her cookery show and the only Indian to have received Padma Shri for her work in the field of cooking. The film starring Huma Qureshi as Tarla will premiere on ZEE5 on July 7.

Taylor Swift runs off the stage after facing malfunction during Cincinnati gig. Here's what happened

Russell Crowe is very much done with questions about Gladiator 2. The actor expressed his frustration with the constant questions that he has been asked about the coming movie that he's not even a part of.

At a Karlovy Vary Film Festival, Russell, who played the role of Maximus Decimus Meridius in the first part, told the journalists at the event, ''They should be fucking paying me for the amount of questions I am asked about a film I am not even in.''

Russell is not part of the sequel as his character Maximus died at the end of the first part. Mentioning the same, he said, ''It has nothing to do with me. In that world, I am dead. Six feet under. But I do admit to a certain tinge of jealousy, because it reminds me of when I was younger and what it meant for me, in my life.''

''I don’t know anything about the cast, I don’t know anything about the plot. I am dead!'' he said.

Further, Crowe hailed director Ridley Scott's sequel and said, ''But I know that if Ridley has decided to do a second part of the story, over 20 years later, he must have had very strong reasons. I can’t think of this movie being anything other than spectacular.''

Russell is not returning for the sequel, as his character Maximus dies at the end of Gladiator and reunites with his wife and son in the afterlife.

More about Gladiator 2

Russell Crowe is very much done with questions about Gladiator 2. The actor expressed his frustration with the constant questions that he has been asked about the coming movie that he's not even a part of. At a Karlovy Vary Film Festival, Russell, who played the role of Maximus Decimus Meridius in the first part, told the journalists at the event, ''They should be fucking paying me for the amount of questions I am asked about a film I am not even in.'' Russell is not part of the sequel as his character Maximus died at the end of the first part. Mentioning the same, he said, ''It has nothing to do with me. In that world, I am dead. Six feet under. But I do admit to a certain tinge of jealousy, because it reminds me of when I was younger and what it meant for me, in my life.'' ''I don’t know anything about the cast, I don’t know anything about the plot. I am dead!'' he said. Further, Crowe hailed director Ridley Scott's sequel and said, ''But I know that if Ridley has decided to do a second part of the story, over 20 years later, he must have had very strong reasons. I can’t think of this movie being anything other than spectacular.'' Russell is not returning for the sequel, as his character Maximus dies at the end of Gladiator and reunites with his wife and son in the afterlife.
People around the world eat some of the weirdest and most unusual dishes that you and I can't even imagine. However, one dish that has grabbed the attention of the internet currently is the weird ramen dish with a crocodile claw hanging out of the bowl. Yes, you read it right! A real crocodile leg with nails.

The dish that has become the talk of the internet is being served at Witch Cat Kwai, a restaurant in Douliu City in southern Taiwan. The unique menu item is getting a lot of buzz on social media. As per reports, the restaurant has named the unusual dish ''Thick Witch Crocodile Ramen''. However, the dish is being called ''Godzilla Ramen'' by netizens, obviously due to its weird appearance.

The viral dish is made of pork, corn, black fungus, quail eggs, noodles, and the highlight is, a crocodile leg, that hangs out of the bowl. The dish has been prepared by mixing forty different natural spices and costs around $50 per bowl.

The tacky dish may have created a buzz online and in the entire town. But, there are no takers for the dish. As per the Daily Mail, people are visiting the restaurant to take pictures for social media but are 'afraid' to taste it, explaining 'there are no customers [willing] to try'.

Devendra Fadnavis on Sushant Singh Rajput death case: 'Investigation still in progress'

The controversy around Adipurush refuses to die down. Om Raut's directorial has been facing a massive backlash for many reasons. Some are calling the movie controversial for its cringe-worthy dialogue, while others have called it a poor cartoon film due to its bad VFX.

However, now Adipurush actor Siddhant Karnick, who played the role of Vibhishan in the film, has come out in support of the movie.

Siddhant Karnick on Adipurush: 'Our Gods are cooler than superheroes.'

During his recent interview with ETimes, Karnick talked about how the new modernised version of the movie and said, "I see my nephews and even some adult friends of mine wearing superhero T-shirts which are largely fictional characters like Spider-Man and Superman. And here we have our own itihaas (history) filled with superheroes and mythological gods whose stories and images are still in text form. We need to use pop culture smartly so we can pass on the stories of our gods to the next generation of children, show them that our gods are cooler and far more layered than fictional superheroes. I'm not saying we should shun Western superheroes. Siddhant Karnick on Adipurush: 'Our Gods are cooler than superheroes.' During his recent interview with ETimes, Karnick talked about how the new modernised version of the movie and said, "I see my nephews and even some adult friends of mine wearing superhero T-shirts which are largely fictional characters like Spider-Man and Superman. Not at all, but it's time we brought focus to our own gods and bring these stories in a language of superheroes that today's children are used to." Godfather of AI calls for action 'before AI is smarter than us', warns looming takeover isn't science fiction

Getting older is something many people dread, counting each year, trying to look and feel younger. If you live in South Korea, as of Wednesday, you would have become a year or two younger. Starting June 28th, in the nation, replacing the country's traditional method, new laws have implemented the international method of counting age.

How does this make South Koreans younger?

In the real sense, it doesn't. The law can't turn back time. However, what it does do is shave off a year or two off of a person's legal age.

Under the traditional age system, South Koreans are considered one year old at birth, and another year is added every January 1st.

In December, the country passed laws to abandon the traditional method and fully adopt the international standard.

Netizens are in anguish after seeing food delivery agent eating from plastic packet on roadside

What would you do if you could modify your body to add mechanical parts? If you could just go up to a shop and ask for cyborg arms or legs? What would the society look like? This scenario does seem like something straight out of a science fiction comic. However, it is the reality that has been made possible by a Japan-based researcher and his team.

Masahiko Inami and his team have come up with robotic arms that can be worn by a user and can move in tune with a human.

Jizai Arms

The technology named "Jizai Arms" takes inspiration from 'The Arm', a quasi-horror traditional Japanese story by novelist Yasunari Kawabata. The short story revolves around an ageing man who becomes obsessed with a beautiful young woman and borrows one of her arms for the night.

As per Reuters, Inami and his team. are further developing a series of technologies, all rooted in the idea of "jizai". The Japanese term, as per Inami, roughly relates to autonomy and an individual's freedom to do as he pleases.

Why develop cyborg arms?

As per the researcher, the aim behind developing 'Jizai arms' is to foster a relationship similar to music and instrument between machine and man.

"Lying somewhere between a human and a tool, like how a musical instrument can become as if a part of your body," is how the University of Tokyo researcher describes it.

He says that rather than replace humans, the technology aims to "support us" and "unlock creativity".

"This is absolutely not a rival to human beings, but rather something that helps us do as we please, like a bicycle or e-bike. It supports us and can unlock creativity," said Inami.

What can the robot arms do?

If you're wondering how it would feel to wear the cyborg arms and whether it'll feel bulky or weighed down. Inami has revealed that many wearers actually grow attached to the arms.

While testing the technology, researchers discovered that "Taking them off after using them for a while feels a little sad. That's where they're a little different to other tools."

In a promotional video of the "Jizai Arms" ballet dancers can be seen performing a dance routine with the robotic arms strapped to their backs and torso. The humans and the machine can be seen moving in concert. The aesthetic dance routine ends with the two dancers embracing as their cyborg arms also envelop each other.

These robot arms can do more than just dance or turn a novelist's imagination into reality. As per Inami, these can prove very useful in search and rescue missions. "In the future, we might see wings growing out of people's backs, or drones attached to people ... Maybe someone will come up with a sport that requires six arms or invent a new type of swimming," speculates the University of Tokyo researcher.

What would you do if you could modify your body to add mechanical parts? If you could just go up to a shop and ask for cyborg arms or legs? What would the society look like?

What would you do if you could modify your body to add mechanical parts? If you could just go up to a shop and ask for cyborg arms or legs? What would the society look like? This scenario does seem like something straight out of a science fiction comic. However, it is the reality that has been made possible by a Japan-based researcher and his team. Masahiko Inami and his team have come up with robotic arms that can be worn by a user and can move in tune with a human. Jizai Arms The technology named "Jizai Arms" takes inspiration from 'The Arm', a quasi-horror traditional Japanese story by novelist Yasunari Kawabata. The short story revolves around an ageing man who becomes obsessed with a beautiful young woman and borrows one of her arms for the night. Also read | Amid shortage Hong Kong's 'apartment building for the dead' offers final resting place at $58,000 for two As per Reuters, Inami and his team. are further developing a series of technologies, all rooted in the idea of "jizai". That's where they're a little different to other tools." As per Inami, these can prove very useful in search and rescue missions. "In the future, we might see wings growing out of people's backs, or drones attached to people ... Maybe someone will come up with a sport that requires six arms or invent a new type of swimming," speculates the University of Tokyo researcher.
Researchers at the Royal Botanic Gardens (RGB), Kew and their partners have found what is described as the only known member of the palm family which flowers and fruits almost entirely underground. The findings of the study were published in the journal PALMS on Monday. Given the plant’s unique characteristics, researchers have named the new-to-science species Pinanga subterranea, which means ‘underground’ in Latin.

Where was the plant found?

The plant and its fruit are native to the tropical island of Borneo in Southeast Asia where it is well-known to locals, some of whom even consume the bright-red fruit which is said to be sweet and juicy.

However, P.subterranea was overlooked by scientists for years now, who have found some 300 different species of palm on the island. The plant is known in at least three Bornean languages under the names, Pinang Tanah, Pinang Pipit, Muring Pelandok, and Tudong Pelandok, by the locals.

The international team of researchers said that the plant can be found across the primary rainforests of western Borneo and scattered across the borders from Malaysia’s Sarawak to Indonesia’s Kalimantan.

Need for collaboration

According to researchers, the plant was hiding in plain sight and has been overlooked by the scientific community for years now.

“Without the tip-off from our Malaysian colleague Dr Paul Chai, we probably would have mistaken this exciting new species for an unremarkable palm seedling and would have walked right past it,” said Dr Benedikt Kuhnhäuser a future leader fellow at RGB, Kew, who was also a part of the research team.

He added, “Instead, we have scientifically described an incredibly rare case of geoflory that is underground flowering, and the very first known example of its kind in the entire palm family. It truly is a once-in-a-lifetime discovery.”

What makes the plant so unique?

While a majority of flowering plants have evolved to develop their flowers and fruit above ground since it helps with pollination and the dispersal of seeds, there is a small subset of plants that have evolved to carry out this process underground.

Therefore, P.subterranea not only joins the more than 2,500 species of palm (that the scientists know about so far) but also at least 171 species across 89 genera and 33 plant families, which are known to flower and fruit underground through the process of geoflory and geocarpy, respectively.

However, P. subterranea is a case of a dual instance of geocarpy and geoflory, which has been all the more baffling for the researchers since the Pinanga genus is typically pollinated by insects and cannot move around as easily below ground as above.

The international team of scientists found a high number of seeds and fruit set by the plant which indicates that there has been a successful pollination mechanism which remains unknown to the researchers.

“I have been studying palms for 30 years and am amazed at how they continue to surprise us,” said Dr William Baker, senior research leader at Tree of Life at RBG Kew.

He added, “This unexpected find poses many more questions than it answers. What is pollinating the palm? How does the pollinator find the flowers underground? How did this phenomenon evolve and what on Earth will palms surprise us with next?”

Not the first discovery

It is also worth noting that while the recent team of international scientists collected specimens and ascertained that the species was new to science, Agusti Randi, an Indonesian researcher from the National University of Singapore and lead author of the study conducted had also encountered a couple of specimens of the palm back in 2017.

According to Randi’s study, at least one of the samples collected appeared to have been dug up by wild pigs while others were most likely eaten or crushed by the animals.

“The first time I encountered this dwarf palm in 2017 in a forest in West Kalimantan, a group of wild boars were digging in the soil around a population of P. subterranea, and I found several ripe fruit with a striking, bright red colour lying on the ground,” said the lead author about the findings.

He also spoke about how he noticed that the stems of the palm were dug up by the wild boars to find the fruit which was underground. “Their faeces were also strewn around in puddles with the seeds contained in them,” said Randi.

Francesca Gino, a prominent Harvard Business School (HBS) professor known for her studies on honesty, has been accused of data fraud. Allegations against Gino surfaced in recent weeks, with claims that she falsified results in several behavioural science studies.

How did her lies come to light?

As per the Guardian, Harvard informed Max Bazerman, an HBS professor and co-author of a 2012 paper with Gino, that it believed one of the studies overseen by Gino had falsified results.

The paper in question was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and later retracted. It focused on an experiment involving participants filling out tax and insurance paperwork.

It claimed that participants who signed truthfulness declarations at the top of the page were more honest than those who signed at the bottom.

"Many written forms required by businesses and governments rely on honest reporting. Proof of honest intent is typically provided through signature at the end of, eg, tax returns or insurance policy forms. Still, people sometimes cheat to advance their financial self-interests at great costs to society. We test an easy-to-implement method to discourage dishonesty: signing at the beginning rather than at the end of a self-report, thereby reversing the order of the current practice," said the study's abstract.

According to a report in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Bazerman, Harvard, provided "compelling evidence" of data falsification, including the findings that someone accessed a database and added and altered data.

More proof?

In response to the allegations, a blog called DataColoda, run by three behavioural science academics, published a series of posts detailing extensive evidence of alleged fraud in four academic papers co-authored by Gino.

The blog authors shared their concerns with Harvard Business School in 2021 and believe that many more papers authored by Gino may contain fake data.

"We discovered evidence of fraud in papers spanning over a decade, including papers published quite recently (in 2020)," wrote blog authors, ESADE Business School's Uri Simonsohn, University of California, Berkeley’s Leif Nelson, and University of Pennsylvania’s Joseph Simmons.

They said, "In the fall of 2021, we shared our concerns with Harvard Business School. Specifically, we wrote a report about four studies for which we had accumulated the strongest evidence of fraud. We believe that many more Gino-authored papers contain fake data. Perhaps dozens." Francesca Gino's HBS profile indicates that she is currently on administrative leave.

The trailer of Huma QureshI's upcoming biopic film Tarla was released. In the movie, she is essaying the role of popular chef and cookbook author Tarla Dalal. Taking to Instagram on Friday, the actress shared the trailer of the movie and wrote, ''It's here !!! Life mein kuch karne ki khaas recipe aap bhi.''

The movie will stream on ZEE5 from 7th July.

Directed by Piyush Gupta, the film is a biopic based on the life and career of the popular chef Tarla Dalal. Apart from Huma, the film also stars Sharib Hashmi in a pivotal role as Tarla’s husband and her support system.

The trailer introduces a young Tarla as someone who is ambitious and wants to do ‘something’ in her life but is unable to find her calling. With time she realises her love for cooking and goes from being an amateur cook to a professional one. Eventually, she opens her home cooking classes and then goes on to run her own television shows. The trailer also gives a glimpse of Tarla's life beyond food as it features her supportive husband and kids.

A moving tale about an ambitious but novice chef, who goes on to become a culinary expert and a television celebrity, Tarla is an out-and-out feel-good story. The film captures her many accomplishments as she was the first woman to have a cooking show, a cookbook, and is the only Indian to have won a Padma Shri for her contributions to the culinary arts. The film pays tribute to this extraordinary lady and celebrates her undying passion for finding her purpose, her unyielding love for food and her unfading enthusiasm for ‘kuch karna hai’.

Talking about the movie and her role, Huma said, “Tarla is a moving and a feel-good film with a dash of emotions, a sprinkle of inspiration and a garnish of flavourful entertainment. Tarla Dalal’s ambitious nature and her relentless pursuit of purpose will surely inspire the audience who want to do something remarkable and pathbreaking in life. I have grown up watching her cookery show with my mother and recreating many dishes from her cookbook, so it is an honour for me to bring her inspiring journey to life. I have tried to embody her enthusiasm and her spirit with utmost sincerity, and I hope that I have succeeded in recreating her magical onscreen persona in Tarla the film”.

Tarla trailer: Huma Qureshi-starrer movie looks promising

Sometimes there are films that have uncountable flaws, but eventually, you end up liking the movie because of its feel-good factor. And director Sai Kabir’s latest film, Tiku Weds Sheru, lies in this category. You will love the film at one point, but the next second, it will leave you wondering and with a lot of unanswered questions.

The film faced quite a stir for its odd pairing of newcomer Avneet Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She is 21, he is 49. But because of its quirky pairing, the plot instantly attracts you. The movie is sweet, entertaining, and visually appealing, but at the same time, it's overloaded with things that give you a feeling of a patchy Indian daily soap drama. Nevertheless, keeping all these thoughts aside, let's discuss the movie and whether it's worth watching.

What's the story?

Helmed by Kabir, Tiku Weds Sheru revolves around Shiraz Sheru Khan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), aka Sheru. He's a junior artist by profession and does many side jobs to make ends meet. While this is his reality, in his dream world, he's a film financier, and visiting Dubai and Malaysia is not a big task for him. Obviously, due to his fake reality and the image he has created back home, Sheru gets a marriage proposal from a wealthy family of Bhopal. It's love at first sight for Sheru when he sees Tiku's (Avneet Kaur) photo.

Tiku, who comes from a conservative family, is a young, charming, and beautiful girl with a dream of becoming a superstar. She rejects Sheru on the first date but says yes to getting hitched quickly as part of her plan is to elope with her boyfriend. For Tiku, marriage is the clear way to reach Mumbai, the city of dreams. For the dreamy Sheru, his entire world is changed, and he can go to any extent to give his Tiku, the life of her dreams. The lives of Sheru and Tiku change dramatically; there is love, loss, ups and downs, and how both of them live and fight with the dark world makes up the rest of the story.

The innocent story of Tiku and Sheru

Written by Kabir and Amit Tiwari, the almost two-hour-long drama is full of unnecessary cliches, drama, and things that you've watched hundreds of times before. But the winner of this film is the story of Tiku and Sheru, two innocent people with lots of dreams and hopes.

Tiku is like millions of other girls who dream big but, in this misogynist world, end up getting married to a man double her age and bogged down by societal norms. And, Sheru, who is running away or shying from accepting his reality, in the end settles with what he has. Anyway, the story of Tiku and Sheru might be a little filmy, ordinary and repetitive, but some moments truly tug at your heartstrings.

What doesn't work?

The core of every film or series is its story and how it is presented to the audience. And Tiku weds Sheru lacks here. The movie is entertaining with the perfect cast, characters, and setting, but falls short when it comes to the story. The movie doesn't feel authentic, and there are so many points that fail to amp up your excitement.

The story is poorly written, and the narrative of the film is baffling, making you wonder about the maker's motive. For example, the climax is over-the-top, the dance of Nawazuddin and walking heroically with Avneet with gunshots in the back, this all might look very interesting and gripping on paper, but on screen - it's not appealing at all.

The first half of the movie is entertaining and keeps you hooked as the story develops, but the second half is where the challenge begins and everything falls apart, making it a little tough to understand the maker's motives. The narration of the movie is confusing and not that impactful. There are scenes that don't make sense and have no connection with the story going on the screen.

The cast

Nawaz is one such actor who gets into the skin of his character. I last saw Nawaz in Jogira Sara Ra Ra, and called him a misfit in the film. He as Sheru, the filmy guy, overdressed all the time, is also a little underwhelming. An actor of his calibre is wasted in a role like this and he is never able to rise above the average writing. On the other hand, debutant Avneet Kaur manages to impress and wins every frame with her performance

The final verdict

Ultimately, the movie works only for its quirky and innocent love story of Tiku and Sheru. There are some over-the-top moments that give a fake feeling, especially the climax, but there are also some charming and sweet moments with filmy dialogues that eventually are a winner. The music of the movie is endearing and matches the vibe of the scene perfectly.

Sometimes there are films that have uncountable flaws, but eventually, you end up liking the movie because of its feel-good factor. And director Sai Kabir’s latest film, Tiku Weds Sheru, lies in this category.

Ileana D'cruz on pregnancy weight: 'Love how my body changed these past few months'

Artificial intelligence (AI) continues to push the boundaries of what was once thought impossible. Its remarkable prediction capabilities have captured widespread attention. From predicting stock market trends to diagnosing diseases, the technology has demonstrated an uncanny ability to analyse vast amounts of data and make accurate forecasts.

Now, new research conducted by a team of researchers from Denmark and Sweden suggests that artificial intelligence may be able to predict a person's political views based on their appearance, posing potential privacy concerns.

Study findings

The study found that the AI model accurately predicted the political affiliations of people in around 61 per cent of cases.

As per the research published in the journal Nature, variations in facial expressions were linked to political views. The model concluded that, due to their smiles, "both male and female right-wing composites appeared happier than their left-wing counterparts", while liberal candidates displayed more neutral expressions.

Women who exhibited a facial expression of contempt — neutral eyes and one corner of the lips lifted — were associated with more liberal politics by the model.

The researchers also observed a correlation between a candidate's level of attractiveness and their political ideology.

As per Business Insider, women deemed attractive by their beauty scores were predicted to have conservative views, although there was no similar correlation found between men's attractiveness and right-wing leanings.

Study findings The study found that the AI model accurately predicted the political affiliations of people in around 61 per cent of cases. As per Business Insider, women deemed attractive by their beauty scores were predicted to have conservative views, although there was no similar correlation found between men's attractiveness and right-wing leanings. "Politicians on the right have been found to be more attractive than those on the left," states the study. What data set was used?
Updating fans with her workflow and what she has been up to, the Grammy-winning singer wrote, ''I wanted to share a more personal moment with you today, I know I haven’t been doing a lot of that lately and some of you are really longing for me to share more of my artistic process. I’ve been experiencing my creativity ever since last summer in a really special and private way.''

Further, she added that she has been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit after she completed her work in the upcoming Joker movie.

''I wrote and produced music for a special project, I prepared for months developing my character for Joker, I filmed Joker for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and additionally have been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit. I can say for the first time in many years that my love of making art, music, fashion, and supporting community has never been more fulfilling. I may not be sharing as much of myself online as I have in the past, but I hope you know this time to myself has been extremely healing and recharging for my heart, mind, body, and creativity.

More about her Chromatica Ball tour

Gaga announced her world tour in 2020 soon after the release of her sixth studio album Chromatica, but due to the covid-19 pandemic, it got postponed and happened in 2022. As part of her tour, the singer travelled across North America, Europe and Asia. It was her first world tour since the Joanne World Tour (2017).

Joker movie

Gaga has been roped in to play the lead role of Harley Quinn in the Todd Phillips film Joker: Folie à Deux. The film stars Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck/Joke. In April, Todd revealed that filming of the sequel has finally been completed.

Taking to Instagram, he shared new pictures of Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix as Harley Quinn and Joker respectively.

Todd Philips captioned the post: “That’s a wrap. Thanks to these two (+ the entire cast) and the BEST crew that the film industry has to offer. From top to bottom. Gonna crawl into a cave now (edit room) and put it all together.”

Lady Gaga has just confirmed that she has been working on the concert film for her Chromatica Ball Tour. So, those who have been missing Gaga's concert days can experience the wildness in the upcoming movie. The exciting news was shared by Gaga herself. On Friday, the Oscar-winning actress-singer updated fans with the projects she has been working on recently. Taking to her Instagram handle, Gaga penned a long caption for her fans and well-wishers who have been concerned about the singer lately. Updating fans with her workflow and what she has been up to, the Grammy-winning singer wrote, ''I wanted to share a more personal moment with you today, I know I haven’t been doing a lot of that lately and some of you are really longing for me to share more of my artistic process. I’ve been experiencing my creativity ever since last summer in a really special and private way.'' Further, she added that she has been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit after she completed her work in the upcoming Joker movie. Also read: Francis Ford Coppola tells Diane Keaton reason behind her casting in The Godfather: 'There was something...' ''I wrote and produced music for a special project, I prepared for months developing my character for Joker, I filmed Joker for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and additionally have been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit. I can say for the first time in many years that my love of making art, music, fashion, and supporting community has never been more fulfilling. I may not be sharing as much of myself online as I have in the past, but I hope you know this time to myself has been extremely healing and recharging for my heart, mind, body, and creativity. Thank you for being willing to grow with me so that I can change and transform with the community I love so much. I hope you love all the things I’ve been creating for you and I hope this is a small reminder to you of my deep passion and commitment to art. 🖤'' More about her Chromatica Ball tour Gaga announced her world tour in 2020 soon after the release of her sixth studio album Chromatica, but due to the covid-19 pandemic, it got postponed and happened in 2022. As part of her tour, the singer travelled across North America, Europe and Asia. It was her first world tour since the Joanne World Tour (2017). Joker movie Gaga has been roped in to play the lead role of Harley Quinn in the Todd Phillips film Joker: Folie à Deux. Gonna crawl into a cave now (edit room) and put it all together.” View this post on Instagram A post shared by Todd Phillips (@toddphillips) × Joker: Folie à Deux is a follow-up to the 2019 film Joker, which starred Joaquin Phoenix in the lead.
