Cardi B and Madonna had a brief feud online but made up soon after. It all started when Madonna made statements around the 30th year anniversary of her 'S.E.X' coffee table book.

Madonna suggested that Cardi B's song WAP owed its sex-positive ethos to Madonna's song 'Material Girl'.

According to Madoona, her book paved the way for today's female artists' creative expression. "30 years ago I published a book called 'S.E.X'. In addition to photos of me naked, there were photos of men kissing men, women kissing women and me kissing everyone," said the popstar in an Instagram post.

Reacting to Madonna, Cardi B replied, "These icons really become disappointments once you make it in the industry that's why I keep to myself. "

Hours later, the two seemed to have patched up. The American actor Jason Lee took to Twitter and wrote, "On the phone with Madonna and Cardi. Listening to both women share their perspectives on the communication going on has broadened their love for each other. Love this"

Later Cari B revealed that all was indeed well between her and Madonna.

"I talked to Madonna.....It was beautiful....Have a great day and drive safely yallll', Cardi B tweeted.

Madonna too shared her love for the rapper and wrote, "I love you @iamcardib!! Always have and always will."

According to Fox News, Madonna has never been one to shy away from breaking the status quo or expressing herself in unique ways. Her most recent feature is on Saucy Santana`s "MATERIAL GWORRLLLLLLLL!" which gained immense traction on TikTok. The song`s title is certainly an homage to the singer`s 1984 track."Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones," the latest album from Madonna, is a collection of her best songs.

Meanwhile, Madonna is all set to team up with rising rapper and internet phenomenon Saucy Santana for the remix of his 2020 viral hit `Material Girl`, now retitled `Material Gworrllllllll!`.According to Variety, Madonna first teased the collaboration on her Instagram account on August 4, sharing a snippet of the feisty chorus.

This weekend, Beyonce rekindled nostalgia for her fans by releasing a brand new remix of 'Break My Soul,' which features an interpolation of Madonna's 1990 hit single 'Vogue.' However, it appears that Madonna did not record anything new for the remix beyond (possibly) a few spoken words, but rather had snippets of previously released, decades-old songs, particularly 'Vogue', Variety reported.

'Break My Soul' (The Queens Remix) is currently only available on Beyonce's online store for USD 1.29. The song will land in fans' emails upon purchase.

There is no current indication of whether the remix will hit streaming services. This marks the first official collaboration between the two queens of pop. Beyoncé referred to iconic black women in music, from Aaliyah to Nina Simone to her sister, Solange Knowles, emulating Madonna's classic 'Vogue' spoken-word section.

Of course, Beyonce also shouts out Madonna, who doesn't seem to appear on the track other than in the form of a `Vogue` sample. "Queen Mother Madonna, Aaliyah, Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold, Bessie Smith, Nina Simone, Betty Davis, Solange Knowles," Beyonce sings. "Lauryn Hill, Roberta Flack, Toni, Janet, Tierra Whack. Missy, Diana, Grace Jones, Aretha, Anita, Grace Jones."

Singer Britney Spears has tied the knot with fitness instructor-actor Sam Asghari. Britney and Sam have been dating each other for 6 years and announced their engagement in September 2021. The couple tied the knot at Britney's California home on Thursday in a star-studded affair with a host of A-list guests in attendance.

The bride wore a custom Donatella Versace gown for her wedding, and reportedly walked down the aisle to Elvis Presley's 'Can't Help Falling in Love.'

Preparations were on in full swing for the past few days as many spotted a large tent being constructed at the backyard of Britney's Los Angeles home.

Britney Spears' ex husband Jason Alexander crashes her wedding with Sam Asghari, gets arrested

The starry guest list included Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Maria Menounos, Paris Hilton, her husband Carter Reum and mom Kathy Hilton. Most of these stars have been vocal supporters of Britney during her conservatorship drama that ended last year after 13 long years.

Britney's two sons, who she shares with former husband Kevin Federline, were not in attendance. Federline too was not part of the celebrations although he issued a statement via his attorney. " Kevin and the boys are really happy for Britney, and they wish Britney and Sam the best for their future moving forward," Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

"The boys felt that it would be overwhelming for them, and it would be best for Britney to focus on this great day and based on that they felt it would be best for them not to be in attendance."
The bride wore a custom Donatella Versace gown for her wedding, and reportedly walked down the aisle to Elvis Presley's 'Can't Help Falling in Love.' Preparations were on in full swing for the past few days as many spotted a large tent being constructed at the backyard of Britney's Los Angeles home. Britney Spears' ex husband Jason Alexander crashes her wedding with Sam Asghari, gets arrested The starry guest list included Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Maria Menounos, Paris Hilton, her husband Carter Reum and mom Kathy Hilton. "The boys felt that it would be overwhelming for them, and it would be best for Britney to focus on this great day and based on that they felt it would be best for them not to be in attendance." Madonna to Amitabh Bachchan: Celebrities who are embracing NFT marketplace

Madonna always manages to create a stir in whatever she does. The pop diva has jumped on the NFT bandwagon and has already grabbed attention with her new collection.

The singer has teamed up with digital artist Mike Winkelmann who goes by the name of Beeple to create a very NSFW collection called 'Mother Of Creation' which features a completely nude Madonna giving birth to trees, butterflies and other insects.

According to the pop legend, the 'Mother of Creation' trifecta is meant to draw a connection between the ways people create life and also the way people create art.

“I wanted to investigate the concept of creation, not only the way a child enters the world through a woman’s vagina but also the way an artist gives birth to creativity,” Beeple explained in a statement.

The collection offers three rather graphic, minute-long videos of a digitized Madonna, with trees, insects and butterflies coming out of her body.

The first 'Mother Of Nature' NFT depicts the birth of a tree in a cold laboratory setting with Madonna spawling over a platform and a tree birthing out of her vagina.

The first NFT, “Mother of Nature,” depicts the birth of a tree in a cold laboratory setting. “It pushes against gravity and flowers bloom,” the token’s website explains. “The tree may bend or even break, but it continues to recreate and flourish."

“It pushes against gravity and flowers bloom,” the token’s website explains. “The tree may bend or even break, but it continues to recreate and flourish."

The second NFT- 'Mother of Evolution'- portrays a swarm of butterflies, which according to o the website is “a metaphor for the paradox that the world is burning down in a post-apocalyptic scene, but there is still evidence of life. We continue to give birth, no matter what destruction is going on, no matter what oppression we face."

The last video - 'Mother of Technology,' - has synthetic centipedes crawl out of Madonna as she lays in a forest.

While digital art is very graphic and can be slightly unsettling for some, it is for a good cause. The proceeds from the tokens, which are up for auction now, will go to charities that are working for women and children.

The NFT has though drawn in a lot of criticism for the star who has been termed 'desperate' to grab attention with graphic 3D like digital art. The art gives 3D details of her genitals in all three videos.

The singer and the artist sat down for a chat on Instagram where the singer addressed the backlash and said, "I’m doing what women have been doing since the beginning of time, which is giving birth."

"But on a more existential level, I’m giving birth to art and creativity and we would be lost without both,” she added.
“I think it’s really important that a lot of thought and conversation went into creating these videos," she added.

"I say we need a forest with creepy crawly bugs coming out of me," she continued and joked, "Not often does a robot centipede crawl out of my vagina."

The pink Marilyn Monroe-style dress worn by pop star Madonna in her 1984 'Material Girl' music video and a drum kit used by the prototype Beatles are some of the items going under the hammer at a music memorabilia auction in California.

The Madonna lot, consisting of a pink satin dress with bustier top and oversized pink satin bow, satin opera gloves and rhinestone bracelets, is estimated to fetch between $100,000 and $200,000 when it goes under the hammer in May, as part of the 'Music Icons' auction at Julien`s Auctions.
"We have Madonna`s `Material Girl` ensemble that she wore in the video `Material Girl` in 1985, where she was channeling Marilyn Monroe from the 1950s film that Marilyn did, `Gentlemen Prefer Blondes`," said Darren Julien, the founder and CEO of Julien`s Auctions.

"It`s one of the most historic and iconic pieces of Madonna... very few items that are this iconic of hers are in the public domain," he added.

The dress was originally made for a 1980 television movie about Monroe but was rented from a movie prop company for use in Madonna's 'Material Girl' music video. The video was inspired by Monroe's performance of 'Diamonds Are a Girl`s Best Friend.'

A rare drum kit from John Lennon and Paul McCartney`s first band, The Quarrymen, is also going under the hammer, with estimates from Julien`s Auctions between $400,000 and $600,000.

"The main thing we have is Colin Hanton`s drum kit that he used as a Quarryman and The Quarrymen, of course, was founded by John (Lennon) and Paul (McCartney), which was the very first band that they were in together. And Colin was the drummer from 1956 to 1959," said Julien.

"Ringo Starr`s drum kit that we sold in 2015, we sold for $2.1 million so this is a really important piece of rock and roll history, and there's very few items that come up available from The Quarrymen," he added.

Other items up for auction include Bruce Springsteen`s hand-written 'Glory Road' lyrics, The Beatles #0000002 White Album Mono Pressing, and the t-shirt worn on the cover of Bon Jovi`s 1986 album 'Slippery When Wet.'

In the pictures, the singer is posing on a bed and wearing black lingerie and fishnets, and this time she used a heart emoji to cover up her left breast.
A German shepherd named Gunther VI, who is said to be the 'world's wealthiest dog', is selling a Miami estate for $31.75 million. Yes, you read it is correct, but there's more to the story.

The gorgeous mansion was once owned by Madonna that makes the property even more attractive. It belonged to the pop music legend in the 1990s. She reportedly bought it for $7.5 million.

From the outside, the mansion just looks breathtaking, only till one sees the interiors, which is top-notch. Forbes report mentioned that the estate was built in 1928 and ever since it has been updated with modern renovations, complimenting its Mediterranean-style architecture and interiors.

The mansion has nine bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. The interiors, including the grand coral staircase, arched stone entrances, fireplaces, maid quarters will blow someone's mind away.

The estate, which is a private gated residence, is located at 3029 Brickell Avenue - a safe and prestigious neighbourhood. The buyers will surely get privacy because only six other homes are there within the enclave.

"We have sold countless multi-million dollar homes, but this is definitely a first. The property has a history that no one else can claim. The ultra-private gated estate sits on an expansive lot lined with royal palm trees, lush landscaping and showcases breathtaking open bay views," Ruthie Assouline told Forbes. The property has been listed by Ruthie and Ethan Assouline of The Assouline Team at Compass.

Always known as the trailblazer in whatever she did, Madonna has had, in her own admission, a few regrets in life.

The legendary Queen of Pop appeared on Jimmy Fallon's show recently and revealed a few things she has regrets about.

When Fallon asked her if she had regrets turning down the legendary Vegas stripper flop 'Showgirls' - Madonna said she had no regrets to say no to the most critically lambasted film of 1995.

However, Madonna, 63, did regret saying no to playing Catwoman in Tim Burton's 'Batman Returns' in 1992. The role was eventually was played by Michelle Pfeiffer.

'That's not Madonna': Legendary singer looks unrecognisable in her latest Instagram post

"I saw them both, and I regret that I turned down Catwoman.” Quite simply, the part was “fierce,” she admitted. “‘Showgirls’? No."

For years rumours swirled for years that the legendary singer had turned down the two roles. Madonna though made a shocking revelation about the second regret in her life.

'That's not Madonna': Legendary singer looks unrecognisable in her latest Instagram post "I saw them both, and I regret that I turned down Catwoman.” Quite simply, the part was “fierce,” she admitted. “‘Showgirls’? No." For years rumours swirled for years that the legendary singer had turned down the two roles. Madonna though made a shocking revelation about the second regret in her life. She turned down a chance to co-star in sci-fi blockbuster 'The Matrix'. × “I also turned down the role in 'The Matrix.' Can you believe that? Madonna’s daughter is turning up the heat and how! Madonna’s daughter Lourdes 'Lola' Leon recently posed for Marc Jacob’s spring campaign as she flaunted some avant-garde looks from the American fashion brand. The 24-year-old looked perfect as she donned the most flattering outfits with oomph and bold glamour. What else would one expect from the daughter of the world's biggest fashion icon, Madonna. In one look Lola donned a bra made of huge pink blooms while sitting down and gazing at the camera. She then changed into a black jacket and matching shorts with Mary-Jane heels and Marc's signature Tote Bag.
Jennifer Lopez created a mini stir during Halloween when she dressed up as pop-queen Madonna, who also happens to be Lopez's fiance Alex Rodriguez's former partner.

The artist doesn't think it was "weird" that she dressed up as her fiance's famous ex-girlfriend.

In a chat-show, 'In The Morning', the singer opened up about the getup during her appearance explaining that she and Rodriguez initially planned to have elaborate costumes for a Halloween party, but eventually had to cancel their bash due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"Yeah, we all got dressed up like way too much. My kids were like hiding in the bedrooms. They were like, 'What are you doing?' " Lopez recalled. "I dressed as Madonna and Alex, he went as Bruce Springsteen."
The year 2020 has been unprecedented. The pandemic not only took away lives but also created distances, affected economy and made everyone more conscious of the importance of hygiene. While most of the world had shut down in the initial part of the year owing to coronavirus, things started opening up in the later months in many cities.

Even as offices, schools and public places have opened to the public, government authorities across the world are still urging everyone to follow safety precautions. Celebrities have themselves urged fans to maintain social distancing in this holiday season. But some of them have themselves flouted the safety norms.

Celebrities like Madonna, Cardi B, Rita Ora, Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner have all faced backlash after photos of them partying amid pandemic surface online.

Here, take a look.

Cardi B: The rapper recently took to Twitter to apologise after her Thanksgiving celebrations drew severe criticism. The rapper had shared on Twitter that she celebrated the festival with '12 kids and 25 adults' even as the US govt urged everyone to stay indoors and avoid travelling for Thanksgiving. She later apologised and clarified that she had got all her family members tested for covid before meeting for Thanksgiving.

Rita Ora: The singer apologised on Monday after she admitted she had attended a party to celebrate her 30th birthday which broke England’s strict COVID-19 lockdown laws. While Ora stated her party was a 'small gathering', a newspaper reports stated Ora attended a party at a restaurant in London which had 30 people in attendance.

Reginae Carter: Rapper Lil Wayne and his daughter Reginae Carter were called out for celebrating the latter's birthday at a packed Atlanta nightclub during the Thanksgiving weekend. Posts of the party went viral as fans pointed out how guests were seen interacting freely without masks or observing social distancing. Kim Kardashian: Kim Kardashian turned 40 in November this year.
