<p>Pant celebrated his Test comeback after almost an year and a half with a century against Bangladesh in the recently concluded 2-0 series victory. He has played 12 Test innings Down Under, scoring 624 runs at an average of 62.</p>

<p>Talking about Bumrah, Watson opined that the pacer has the ability to take wickets in any condition around the world.</p>

<p>"Also, Bumrah is someone who in Australian conditions - well, in all conditions really - he's so good. [With] his ability to be able to just take wickets and get batters out, he's going to be very effective in Australia as well. So those two guys, if they have big series, they can really provide Australia some big challenges," said the former Aussie all-rounder.</p>

<p>Bumrah has taken a whopping 32 wickets in 14 innings of seven Tests he has played in Australia at a frugal economy of 2.47 and the best figures of 6/33.</p>

<p>India have not lost a Test series against Australia since 2014. In the last 10 years, they have won two home as well as away series against the mighty Aussies.</p>

<p>"I like that challenge when you go against your nature, conditions are not favourable, the wicket is not favourable, how do you get answers, all of these battles I really like,” Bumrah said to the broadcaster after the end of the second Test.</p>

<h2><strong>Bumrah hails newbie Akash Deep</strong></h2>

<p>Following Akash Deep’s impressive Test debut against England early this year, he continued his superb run against Bangladesh, picking up five wickets in two contested matches.</p>

<p>In Mohammed Shami’s absence, Akash Deep stepped up and delivered for the team, showing keenness to learn from the great Bumrah.</p>

<p>“He (Akash Deep) comes up to me quite a lot before a spell and asks me what is happening and what should I do; we have had a lot of interesting conversations, the energy he brings on the ball, he gives his best on the field, and when he's bowling, he has got a lot of heart, and that is a good sign for us going forward. Hopefully, he goes from strength to strength,” Bumrah said of Akash Deep.&nbsp;</p>
