<p>'Boston Strangler' chronicles the true story of Loretta McLaughlin (to be played by <a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/keira-knightley-is-no-more-interested-in-doing-horrible-sex-scenes-359121">Knightley</a>), the reporter who made a connection between these murders and broke the story of the infamous Strangler.</p>

<p>Ridley Scott is producing the project along with Kevin Walsh, while Matt Ruskin (Crown Heights) will write and direct the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth made quite an impact last year with his action flick on Netflix, 'Extraction'. Now, the streaming service has revealed during their ongoing fan festival, TUDUM, that Hemsworth will be coming back with a sequel.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Global video-streaming giant Netflix has reportedly acquired the works of Roald Dahl: the renowned author of children books that included 'Matilda', 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' among others.</p>

<p>The deal finalised by Netflix--touted to be its biggest deal till date--has an agreement with the Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC) to license 16 titles in total and will help stay ahead in the game that involves rivals like Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max.</p>

As per reports, Netflix’s production budget for this deal is one billion that also covers 'Jojo Rabbit' director Taika Waititi's TV series based on 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' as well as an adaptation of 'Matilda the Musical'.<br />
"These projects opened our eyes to a much more ambitious venture. The creation of a unique universe across animated and live-action films and TV, publishing, games, immersive experiences, live theatre consumer products and more," Netflix reportedly said.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
The Roald Dahl estate-deal is being perceived as a huge boost to Netflix's growth as the author's books have been translated into 63 languages and sold more than 300m copies worldwide.</p>

Netflix has agreed to acquire RDSC in a transaction that will build on the success that we have achieved in recent years."</p>

<p>American musician Nick Jonas has received the best birthday surprise from his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas.</p>

The singer, who turned 29 on September 16, was performing at a live concert with his band Jonas Brothers, when he noticed an envelope with a birthday surprise. "Is it from wifey? Is she going to pop out of the cake?" brother Joe asked. Before taking a slice of from the golf-themed cake, Nick waited hoping Priyanka would show up too. &nbsp;</p>

Priyanka's surprise involved a five-tier birthday cake along with balloons. Multiple fan accounts have posted videos of Nick opening his birthday surprise.&nbsp;</p>

This film is the second feature from the Oscar-nominated director (for his 2003 short film '(A)Torsion'), his first full-length debut movie was 'Love and Other Crimes' (2008).&nbsp;</p>

As per reports, the Karlovy Vary jury thought the 13-year gap between both the films was worth the wait and gave 'As Far As I Can Walk' the top honor, as well as the accompanying €25,000 ($30,000) cash bursary for the 2021 Crystal Globe to Arsenijevic and his producer Strahinja Banovic.</p>
