The wedding took place at a 5-star hotel in Mumbai and was attended by close friends and family. Aamir's ex-wives - Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao were both present at the event, along with sons Junaid Khan and Azad Rao Khan.<br />

Following that, there will be two reception parties that will take place – one in Delhi and the other in Jaipur – between January 6 and 10,” a source was quoted as saying.<br />

Meanwhile, other reports state that the couple will only have a simple court wedding followed by a reception for friends and family.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Aamir Khan has been reportedly making calls to his industry friends and colleagues personally to attend the wedding.</p>

<p>“Most actors aren't in town due to the holiday season. But be assured that it's going to be a star-studded affair. Those who won't be able to make it to their big day will be a part of the reception in Jaipur,” the source said.</p>

<p>Indian actor Imran Khan has opened up about his struggle with mental health like never before. The actor, who was at one point considered one of the brightest upcoming stars of Bollywood, took a backseat after his last release <em>Katti Batti </em>in 2015 failed to create a mark at the box office. Imran had already, by then, featured in several flop films. On Tuesday, Imran took to Instagram to talk about how he had thoughts of self-harm.&nbsp;<br />

Imran began his latest Instagram post, shared on Tuesday, with a ‘trigger warning’ for self-harm. He shared a picture of himself, pouring a mug of water on his head, and wrote, “Sorry about the silence… when you’ve lived so long in darkness, the sunshine can feel unbearably bright at first. I’ve been flooded with so many message of love, support, and encouragement that it felt weird. Unnatural. I couldn’t absorb that much positivity, so instead I went looking for the ugly words, the hurtful ones that sound more like the Voice in my head, because that feels more familiar to me. I checked reddit (still reliable), the comments sections of news articles, wherever I could find words sharp enough to cut myself with.”<br />

He continued, “And then a funny thing happened. There I was, poking and slicing away trying to feel ‘normal’, but somehow the edges of the words seemed less sharp… the tips less pointy. They weren’t drawing blood the way they used to. They just didn’t work anymore. And I think I know why. We all have scars, old wounds that still ache. But love heals. Love is empowering and uplifitng, and if you are fortunate enough to receive the kind of love that I have, I think it starts to fill in those scars. It covers you in a layer of protective armour. You may never fully grasp the extent to which your love empowers me, but know that I am grateful. You make me feel 304.8 cm tall.”</p>

<p>Aamir Khan is not taking up any acting jobs after his last film<em> Laal Singh Chaddha</em> failed to create magic on the big screen. The acting powerhouse has flown to Nepal to be a part of a 10-day meditation programme. Aamir flew out of India to do Vipassana meditation at their centre in Budhanilkantha, around 12 kilometres&nbsp;from Kathmandu. It is known among Kathmandu's most prominent meditation centres.</p>

<p>Rup Jyoti, an official from the Vipassana Center in Nepal, told ANI, "Yes he is here to undergo 11 days of Vipassana meditation. He has already been enrolled in the session from today. From the airport, he directly came to Budhanilkantha and started the session."</p>

<p>This is not his first visit to Nepal. He had previously visited the Himalayan country in 2014 as part of a UNICEF event.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As for work, Aamir Khan announced a break from acting last year. He has since then not announced any new projects but makes pit stops at a few film and public events. He was last spotted at Arpita Khan’s Eid bash and also at the inauguration of the National Conclave on Mann Ki Baat @100 in Delhi last month.</p>

Aamir flew out of India to do Vipassana meditation at their centre in Budhanilkantha, around 12 kilometres from Kathmandu. It is known among Kathmandu's most prominent meditation centres. Rup Jyoti, an official from the Vipassana Center in Nepal, told ANI, "Yes he is here to undergo 11 days of Vipassana meditation. He has already been enrolled in the session from today. From the airport, he directly came to Budhanilkantha and started the session." This is not his first visit to Nepal. He had previously visited the Himalayan country in 2014 as part of a UNICEF event. As for work, Aamir Khan announced a break from acting last year. He has since then not announced any new projects but makes pit stops at a few film and public events. Taking to his Twitter handle, Mishra shared a video of him from a press conference where he can be heard talking about the new controversial ad and saying that Aamir has stirred similar controversies before as well.&nbsp;<br />

Mishra said, "I have seen actor Aamir Khan's advertisement for a private bank after receiving a complaint. I request him to do such advertisements by keeping Indian traditions and customs in mind."</p>

<p>Further, the minister, who is also a state government spokesperson said, ''I do not consider it appropriate. Such things about Indian traditions, customs and deities keep coming, especially about Aamir Khan. The sentiments of a particular religion are hurt by such acts. Movies in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam are said to be more rooted in Hindu traditions -- as opposed to deracinated Bollywood movies that are said to be steeped in western culture -- and many of them (like 'Baahubali') are actually based on Hindu myths. Movies from down south have certainly played a part in giving erstwhile Hindi movie fans a credible alternative.</p>

<p>OTT content has also arrived as a viable alternative. Now one does not have to go visit cinemas and buy expensive tickets and food to watch movies.
