TNPL (Tamil Nadu Premier League) Full Schedule, Live Streaming: The eighth season of the Tamil Nadu Premier League will begin on July 5, and the finals will be held on August 4. It is a T20 format tournament started in 2016 by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association.

A total of eight teams are participating in the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024.

TNPL 2024 Format

A total of 32 matches are scheduled for TNPL 2024, where the eight teams will face each other. The top four teams after the end of the league stage will qualify for the playoffs. After 28 scheduled fixtures the teams finishing at the top four positions of the table will play Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2, Eliminator and the Finals.

The first match of the eighth season of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024 will be played between the defending champions, Lyca Kovai Kings and the four-time winner, Chepauk Super Gillies. The match will take place at the SCF stadium in Salem on July 5.

Past Winners of the TNPL

The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association will host the eighth edition of the TNPL this year. In the past seven seasons, the Chepauk Super Gillies have won four times,followed by Lyca Kovai Kings, the current defending champions, winning the title twice. During the 2022 TNPL edition, Chepauk Super Gillies and Lyca Kovai Kings were declared as joint winners.
