Two people were reportedly killed in an explosion in Kot-e-Sangee in Kabul today, TOLOnews reported.
In an update, TOLOnews said parliament's head of HR department was killed in the blast reported this evening.
The number of casualties is likely to increase. Three were wounded in the incident according to eyewitnesses, TOLOnews said.
