
Pakistan's ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif along with his family members appeared before the court in the corruption case levelled against them.
Nawaz Sharif was accompanied by his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Muhammad Safdar to contest the corruption case filed by the National Accountability Bureau(NAB).
The Pakistan prime minister was accompanied by several PML-N party leaders.
The NAB has filed cases against the Sharif family in three cases - Flagship Investment Ltd, London properties case, Al-Azizia Company and Hill Metal Establishment.
Nawaz Sharif, who was forced out by the Supreme Court in July following a corruption investigation against him in the Panama Papers leak case. The court had issued an arrest warrant against him for failing to appear at hearings since early October.
The ex-prime minister had spent several months in London with his wife who is receiving treatment for cancer.
The court had indicted Nawaz Sharif in all three cases. Sharif pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
