7 Pakistan soldiers, 9 terrorists killed in gun battle

Seven Pakistani soldiers and nine terrorists were killed on Saturday after a gun battle broke out in the northwestern region of Pakistan along the Afghan border.
The incident occurred at Gharlamai and Spera Kunar Algad areas of North Waziristan district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to reports, terrorists had crossed over from Afghanistan and were hiding in the area.

The area was earlier cordoned off but now has been cleared.
It is so far unclear that which terrorist group the slain terrorists belonged to.
