The mission marks the fifth operational flight of the LVM3 vehicle. The rocket was last used during the Chandrayaan-3 &nbsp;launch on July 14, 2023.&nbsp;Following the launch, ISRO chief Dr V Narayanan announced that the Indian space agency successfully conducted an in-orbit test of the indigenously developed C25 cryogenic stage.&nbsp;“LVM3-M5 successfully injected into the required orbit precisely. This is the 8th consecutive successful launch by LVM3. CMS-03 is the heaviest satellite placed in GTO orbit. The vehicle performance was enhanced to increase its payload capacity by 10 per cent,” he said.&nbsp;He further added, “The satellite has a life of 15 years and carries a host of new technologies. We accomplished this mission despite the difficult weather conditions. The launch also had the reignition of the C20 cryogenic engine for the first time after placing the satellite. This will help in placing satellites in multiple orbits using LVM3.”&nbsp;The satellite would enhance the space-based communications and maritime domain awareness capabilities for the Navy with indigenous, state-of-the-art components specifically designed to meet the operational requirements of the Indian Navy.&nbsp;“This satellite is India's heaviest communication satellite to date, weighing approximately more than 4,400 kg, and includes many indigenous state-of-the-art components developed specifically to meet the Indian Navy’s operational requirements,” the Indian Navy said.&nbsp;Congratulating ISRO on the successful launch, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on X, “Our space sector continues to make us proud!”&nbsp;“Congratulations ISRO on the successful launch of India’s heaviest communication satellite, CMS-03. The affected students were immediately shifted to Gadwal Hospital for medical treatment. "As per preliminary information, yesterday evening, around 6:30 pm, at BC Residential Boys School in Dharmavaram, Gadwal district, 110 boys consumed food and 52 suffered food poisoning. After vomiting, they were admitted to Gadwal Hospital. Today (Sunday), early in the morning, 32 boys were discharged, and the health condition of the remaining boys is also stable. We are investigating the matter," a police official from Jogulamba Gadwal told ANI. As of Saturday morning, 32 students have been discharged after receiving medical care, while 20 others remain under observation. Doctors have confirmed that all are in stable condition and out of danger. District health officials and food safety authorities have launched an inquiry to determine the cause of contamination. Food samples from the hostel kitchen have been collected and sent for laboratory analysis. Meanwhile, local education department officials have reached the school and are reviewing the hygiene and cooking conditions at the hostel premises. The school management has been instructed to ensure strict food safety protocols going forward. Pakistan High Commission confirms visa issued The Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi, as per reports, has confirmed the visas, saying the pilgrims will take part in Gurpurb festivities scheduled from November 4 to 13. Tens of thousands of worshippers are expected to gather in Nankana Sahib, Guru Nanak’s birthplace, located about 85 kilometres west of the India-Pakistan border. The visiting jatha, coordinated by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) and India’s Ministry of External Affairs, will visit several revered gurdwaras, including Nankana Sahib and Panja Sahib in Hasan Abdal. According to Arab News, Pakistan’s Charge d’Affaires in India, Saad Ahmad Warraich, while extending his best wishes to the visiting pilgrims, called the journey a "fulfilling and spiritually rewarding" journey. He said Pakistan remained committed to facilitating such visits as part of the nation's "abiding commitment to promoting inter-religious and inter-cultural harmony and understanding". "This annual pilgrimage reinforces the deep spiritual ties that bind Sikhs across borders and reflects enduring respect for the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji," SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami said. The visa announcement marks a rare gesture of goodwill after months of strain between India and Pakistan. In May, a deadly four-day confrontation between the nuclear-armed neighbours — triggered by a terror attack in Kashmir — led to missile and drone exchanges that halted all civilian crossings.

The mother of the child, who had been suffering from cold and cough had bought the syrup from a local medical store on October 27&nbsp;"Ruhi Minote, who was suffering from cold and cough, died on Thursday. Her family had purchased an Ayurvedic syrup and some medicinal powder from Kuratha Medical Shop four days earlier.
