Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Tapan Bhowmik on Friday stirred a controversy saying if the Supreme Court doesn't pronounce the Ayodhya verdict in favour of the Ram temple, then the apex body will be forced to do so by the Hindus.
Bhowmik, who was addressing a gathering in Madhya Pradesh's Ratlam, stated that crores of Hindus will make sure that SC favours them.
He added that after the verdict, their people sitting in Lok Sabha will make rules and pass a bill to build a temple at the same spot.

As per reports, Bhowmik made these statements during an event to mark the release of a book titled 'Kar Sewa Aankhon Dekhi'.
