Let's just say the answer was tongue in cheek.
And because it would be difficult to frame Rahul's answer in words, perhaps it would just be better to have a look:
So while we still do not know who might be tweeting for Rahul, or whether he himself is doing so, we do know that the actress Ramya aka Divya Spandana took over (from Deepender Hooda) the Congress's social media cell in May.
She has since then, the Indian Express reported Sunday, managed to push up the cell's budget many times over and more than doubled its strength.
(Pidi by the way is the name of Rahul's pet dog.)
