The Tripura Police have arrested twenty-four Bangladeshi youth with suspected terror links from the Agartala railway station on Thursday.

Thenationals were arrestedby the Mobile Task Force (MTF) when they were travelling from Delhi to Agartala in the Tripura Sundari Express.

The MTF conducted a raid at the railway station after receiving inputs.

The arrested nationals were carrying fake Aadhaar cards and none of them had any valid passport. Three among the arrestee had expired Bangladeshi passport.

The MTF Superintendent also said that the arrested nationals may have a possible terror link.

A team of National Investigation Agency will visit Guhawati on Friday to interrogate the youth.
