The Calcutta High Court on Friday quashed the single bench order that allowed BJP's 'Rath Yatra' in West Bengal.
The quashing has come a day after the Calcutta High Court set aside Bengal government's denial of permission to the BJP to hold three 'rath yatra'in the state.
OnThursday court's single bench had allowed the BJP to hold rath yatra by adheringto certainreasonable restrictions.

The Division bench comprising Chief Justice Debasish Kargupta and Justice Shampa Sarkar have sent the case back to the single bench to consider intelligence inputs by state agencies.
The order for quashing the previous order has come after an appeal was filed by the state government challenging the Thursday order.
