Salman Khan visited Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s residence in Mumbai to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi on Sunday. Salman was accompanied by his sister Arpita Khan.
Shinde shared several photos from the superstar's visit on Instagram on Sunday, September 15.
In the photos shared by Shinde, Salman can been in a blue shirt and matching jeans as he folded his hands in prayers in front of the idol. Another photo has Shinde presenting Salman with a bouquet and a colourful shawl. Arpita, too was offered a bouquet and a shawl.
Earlier, a video from a visarjan (idol immersion) ceremony went viral, showing the entire Khan family, including Arpita Khan, her actor-husband Aayush Sharma, Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Arhaan, Nirvaan, and Alizeh Agnihotri, among others, dancing joyfully during the ceremony. Arpita and Aayush hosted Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at their home on Sunday, September 8.
On the work front, Salman will be next seen in AR Murugadoss' Sikandar. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Rashmika Mandanna in important roles. Sikandar is set for an Eid 2025 release.
