Their engagement had come as a surprise to most of their fans. So when Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted outside a marriage registrar's office in Los Angeles recently, most fans suspected that the couple has got married secretly.
According to a report in TMZ, eyewitnesses stated that at one point a teary-eyed Justin told Hailey, "I can't wait to marry you, baby." Another person present at the court stated that the two were heard making vacation plans outside India.
The two started dating in June this year and got engaged in July during a vacation. Justin popped the question over dinner and Hailey said an immediate 'Yes'. The news of their engagement spread like wildfire over the next few days on the Internet and three days later Justin took to Instagram to confirm the news of their engagement along with an emotional post for Hailey.
