Liam Payne’s tragic death on October 16 has suddenly taken a tragic turn as new documents reveal that his ex Maya Henry had sent a cease-and-desist letter after he sent her lewd pictures and video of himself to traumatise her. The former One Direction singer died tragically in Buenos Aires when he fell from the balcony of his hotel room.
As for the cease-and-desist letter, it was a week before he died that his ex Maya Henry had to send him to which he had to respond within 10 days. There were still some days left but Liam died fatally.

The new documents were revealed on November 12 as Page Six got hold of the legal notice in which Liam Payne had allegedly bombarded his former partner and her family with “unsolicited and disturbing" explicit pictures and videos of himself before his death in October.
Maya Henry’s lawyers accuse Liam Payne of sending her lewd content in the past leading to the letter being sent to him on October 9. There are also supportive documents that indicate that Liam was attempting to threaten his ex-girlfriend to be in touch with him with revenge porn.
The formal notice to Liam Payne mentions that the content included “pictures of his genitals and various videos of Mr Payne performing disturbing sexual acts of himself.” They also believe that Liam was “actively communicating” with other parties in an attempt to push out “intimate visual material” capturing Henry and Kate Cassidy, his girlfriend at the time of his death, in an “intimate fashion.”

Was Liam threatening his ex with revenge porn?
The revenge porn angle came to light when Liam got in touch with a woman who is a family friend to him. The woman reached out to Maya on Instagram on October 6 and told her that the singer “started blowing up my phone very recently on an iCloud email, and when I asked who it was, he started asking me if I wanted nudes of you/ his current gf.” The DMs have now been shared with Maya’s legal team.

The woman gave Maya a heads-up on what was coming. Liam also texted the woman saying, “Send me f–king and sucking vids. Did I ever send you ones of Maya? ?? or any of my exes?”
Before Liam Payne’s sudden death, Maya was certain to file a civil lawsuit against him in case he resorted to revenge porn to “defame, threaten, harass or intimidate” her or her family.
