Kangana Ranaut is set to return to the big screen with Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, a film that tells the story of the unseen heroes of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the nurses who stepped up during the crisis.

The movie honours the courage and selflessness of nurses, who risked their lives to save patients, kids in Mumbai's Cama and Albless Hospital amid the terror attacks.

On Tuesday, June 2, the makers unveiled the trailer for Bharat Bhagya Viddhaata. Directed by Manoj Tapadia, the film is set against the backdrop of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. It centres on the nurses and medical staff of Mumbai’s Hospital, who put the lives of children and other patients ahead of their own.

The 2 minutes and 24 seconds, begin with the haunting night of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, with horrific sound that was accompanied by the sound of a police car, gunfire, and breaking news reports. Then the trailer introduces the hospital staff, offering a glimpse into the world of nurses and their daily responsibilities. However, things change for them after the terrorist attack, and it's up to them to decide how they will save everyone from the terrorists, who are at the door.

The trailer showcases the extraordinary determination, sacrifice, and humanity of nurses that the world doesn't know.

Apart from Kangana and Girija Oak, the movie also stars Smita Tambe, Amrutha Namdev, Esha Dey, Priya Berde, Asha Shelar, Suhita Thatte, Rasika Agashe, Aditya Mishra and Zahid Khan.

Slated for a theatrical release on June 12, 2026, the movie is backed by Pen Studios and presented by Jayantilal Gada. It is produced in collaboration with Manikarnika Films, Paramhans Creations, Eunoia Films LLP, and Floating Rocks Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
