Angelina Jolie arrived at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) with her son Pax for the premiere of her latest film, Without Blood. This project is extra special for the 49-year-old because she has helmed it.
Meanwhile, Pax, along with his elder brother Maddox, 23, worked in the assistant director department during the production. Pax was credited specifically for his work on the film’s Electronic Press Kit.
The mother-son duo posed for the paps at TIFF before revealing that Pax is doing great and he is healthy now.

"I'm very happy he's healthy," Jolie said ahead of the premiere, referencing Pax’s recent e-bike accident in July. She expressed her relief that her son was recovering well and able to be part of such an important occasion.
At the screening, held at TIFF’s Lightbox theatre, Jolie and the film’s stars Salma Hayek and Demián Bichir engaged in a Q&A moderated by TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey. The discussion shed light on the film’s themes of family, war, and revenge, set against the backdrop of a frontier landscape at the beginning of the 20th century.
Based on the novel by Alessandro Baricco, Without Blood explores a doctor’s desperate attempt to protect his children when gunmen seek revenge on his family.
Following the Q&A, Pax joined the audience in a standing ovation for Jolie and the cast, showing his support for his mother’s artistic achievement. He was seated next to Hayek’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, during the screening.
