WI vs Ban, 1st Test Live streaming: When & where to watch 1st Test in Antigua
West Indies will host Bangladesh in a two-match Test series, starting on Friday (Nov 22). Both teams are at the bottom of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) points table. Being out of contention to feature in the WTC final, in June next year, both sides will still be eager to rebuild and try to move forward. For WI, they are coming into this series on the back of a 1-0 series loss versus South Africa, at home. It was a closely-fought series, thus, Kraigg Brathwaite & Cowill be desperate to make amends and return to winning ways versus the Bangla Tigers.
For the visitors, they are heading into the series opener with regular captain Najmul Shanto being ruled out due to a groin strain whereas Mushfiqur Rahim is out of action with a finger injury. Mehedi Hasan Miraz will lead in Shanto's absence.
It will also be the first time in 16 years that the Asian side will be entering a Test series without Tamim Iqbal or Shakib Al Hasan (who recently retired).
WI will also be without Jason Holder, a fast-bowling all-rounder, due to a shoulder injury, however, they have enough options in their pace battery to challenge an inexperienced Bangladesh lineup.
