This milestone is marked by significant accomplishments and the unveiling of an ambitious vision for the future. In the brief span of two years since its inception, NueGo has achieved a remarkable feat of nearly 50 million emission-free kilometers, revolutionizing the mass mobility sector by offering a travel experience that prioritises reliability, safety, and comfort for all passengers. This achievement positions NueGo as the first intercity electric bus brand to reach this milestone within such a short period.

The company's growth reflects a broader trend in India, where citizens are not only increasing their travel frequency but also seeking enhanced travel experiences. NueGo's journey began two years ago with a mission to transform intercity travel. Starting with a modest fleet of 80 buses, the company has rapidly expanded and now stands as one of India's leading intercity electric bus brands. Its current fleet boasts over 250 electric air-conditioned buses, operating more than 500 daily schedules.

Since 2022, NueGo has successfully transported over 5 million passengers across more than 110 cities throughout India. The company's commitment to sustainability is evident in its impressive environmental impact: by utilising electric buses, NueGo has saved in excess of 10 million liters of diesel and, through zero tailpipe emissions, has prevented the release of over 30 million kilograms of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Chawla expressed heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders, particularly emphasizing the role of customers in the brand's success and its promising future.

NueGo has distinguished itself as a leader in championing women's safety within India's intercity electric bus service sector. The company pioneered several initiatives, including the launch of a dedicated 24/7 helpline for women travelers, the introduction of a 'Pink Seat' feature during ticket booking, and the provision of clean, hygienic mid-points.

NueGo buses are equipped with state-of-the-art security measures such as CCTV surveillance, GPS live tracking, driver breath analyser tests, and speed limiting technology capped at 80 km/hr.

To enhance operational efficiency, NueGo has strategically established over 50 mid-points across the country, each equipped with advanced charging infrastructure. This network ensures a seamless and uninterrupted travel experience for all passengers, regardless of the journey's length.

Looking to the future, NueGo is poised to introduce innovative offerings designed to further elevate passenger comfort and convenience. The company is in the process of rolling out hybrid buses that combine sleeper and seater configurations across all its operational states. Additionally, NueGo is launching the 'Green Miles' loyalty program, aimed at increasing customer engagement and rewarding frequent travelers. The company is also introducing a 'Snack on the Go' service on select routes, further enhancing the travel experience.

The company prides itself on its rigorous safety standards, subjecting each vehicle to 25 stringent safety checks, including comprehensive mechanical and electrical inspections. NueGo's electric coaches boast an impressive range of over 250 kilometers on a single charge, even with air conditioning and in challenging traffic conditions.
