"He's sharp as a tack," spokesman Hogan Gidley told reporters.
US President Donald Trump will be examined for fitness at the Walter Reed military hospital in Washington this Friday.
Results of his medical examination shall be made public.
Trump's long-term health advisor, Harold Bornstein, spoke about his health previously calling him "the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."
