Gaza's Hamas authorities claimed that dozens of bodies were found at Al-Shifa hospital in the blockaded Palestinian enclave. In India, PM Modi while responding to a question on controversial electoral bond scheme told a TV channel that no system is perfect. Meanwhile, the Turks delivered a blow to President Erdogan's party in the country's municipal elections.
