WION Dispatch: Charles Sobhraj released from prison after 19 years on 'age grounds'
Charles Sobhraj, a notorious serial killer who has been imprisoned in Tihar since nearly two decades on charges of numerous infamous killings, was granted release on medical and humanitarian grounds by Nepal's top court on Wednesday. Sobhraj has been serving a life sentence in a Nepalese prison for the past 19 years.
