South Korea issues 'serious' weather warning

South Korea has raised its hot weather warning to the highest serious level for the first time in four years. The temperatures around the country are hovering between 35 and 38 degrees Celsius. Reports in fact suggest that at least about 23 people have died from heat-related illnesses across the country.
