Security heightened across Jammu & Kashmir after LeT commander Hashim Musa was killed
Indian security forces killed Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Hashim Musa, also known as Asif Fauji, in an overnight encounter in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam, the Indian Army said. Musa was described as the last surviving member of a four-member LeT group linked to several major terror attacks in J&K. The operation was based on intelligence inputs and involved multiple security agencies.
