Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has been booked under the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) following the circulation of videos alleging anti-state statements and misleading content against national security institutions. The legal case stems from speeches and social media posts made after Afridi was denied a meeting with former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
