India's Supreme Court resumed hearing pleas related to the ongoing ethnic clashes in Manipur earlier this afternoon. In its efforts to restore a sense of confidence in the rule of law in the state, the Chief Justice-headed bench has decided to constitute a three-committee bench of three High Court judges.
