TOTO, the Japanese toilet maker, introduces a new service. It helps people find nearby public restrooms. Users can scan a QR code to see live congestion levels. The system also allows reporting of problems like broken flushes. This multi-lingual service aims to reduce long queues. The Japanese government is also working to ease congestion for women.
