A man riding a motorbike at more than 100 km/h on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway was stopped by a man in a car. Raghvendra Singh, a traffic and road safety advocate, wanted to give him a helmet and teach him on the importance of driving safely. Watch the video to know more about the Helmet Man of India.
