Seven people, including locals, non-locals, and a doctor, working at the construction site of a key infrastructure project, were killed and a few others were injured in a terrorist attack at Gagangir in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday evening (Oct 20), just days after an elected government led by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah came to power in the Union Territory.
