India's Supreme Court has set aside the Bombay High Court verdict that said 'skin-to-skin' contact is needed for sexual assault under POCSO. The lower court had acquitted a man accused of groping a minor because there was no 'skin-to-skin' contact. Palki Sharma has the details.
