Four years of economic meltdown in Lebanon creating a dangerous situation

Lebanon's financial crisis is getting worse and the international monetary fund has said that the country is in a 'dangerous state'. It has urged the government to halt borrowing from the Central bank. The IMF said that the Lebanese government committed to reforms but failed to implement it.
